"I ordered a late dinner here on Uber eats, I don’t live close to this place so I was happy I was still able to order from here. I lost my appetite while waiting for the food, but so happy I did. Once I received it, my husband and I are the food and we were both happy and impressed. Not sure about the negative reviews I see on here but we had an amazing experience work our dinner. I ordered the sesame tofu, and the rice was the best Chinese rice I had. Moist and not dry My husband had the general tso chicken and he loved it! Horrible and disgusting. Wrong order. And poor communication.

Ordered food. And they never sent it to me. Also never got my money back. So frustrating.

How can you be in a certain neighborhood and still discriminate against those that you serve?

Incredible customer service. Ordered chow mein instead of lo mein (apparently there’s a significant difference) and employee called me to confirm, appropriately suspecting I had ordered incorrectly. 5 stars he switched us to the lo mein with no issues. Service: 5

The food was terrible—lacking any flavor. The crab rangoons were nothing but fried dough, completely missing the filling. The beef was tough and unappetizing. We ended up throwing away our entire order and opting to order from another place. I would not recommend spending your money here; there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants available. The quality was very poor and honestly quite unpleasant. Food rating: 1/5. View menu

I am shocked by my experience at this restaurant. I've been waiting an hour after placing my order through Uber Eats. When I called the restaurant to check on the status, they told me the food hadn't left yet. I asked how much longer it would take, and the guy simply told me to wait and hung up on me. The service was absolutely terrible. They are only 10 minutes away from my apartment, and I could have just picked up my order instead of waiting an hour for one sushi roll and some bubble tea. This is so disrespectful!

Caution! Rude staff, small chicken wings, and greasy rice. I've been ordering from this place for years, but their service has declined significantly recently. It's unfortunate that they only have two stars. If you order over $20, make sure to specify which free item you want, as they won't add it to your order automatically. Additionally, the person taking phone orders isn't in the restaurant, making it even harder to resolve any issues with your order. The poor customer service has really impacted my experience. Luckily, I've discovered a new restaurant called China King Makana, which offers a healthier option.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
