I ordered boneless spareribs and half of it wasn’t even fully cooked. Sooo sad

This restaurant has done a fantastic job catering for our group, and they have surpassed our expectations twice! We ordered large trays of food but received medium trays instead. When our manager went to pay, he was overcharged by $100. It was a dishonest and sneaky move, definitely not something we expected from them!

We only ordered from here because they were the first place we found that was open. The ramen is tasty and the prices are low (for New York). Although I wish they would offer slightly higher prices with more meat, overall you can't go wrong choosing this place. We were pleased with all five dishes we ordered and the delivery was quick! Your decent, quick, mom+pop chinese food takeout. For those leaving less than 3 star reviews, stop expecting Starbucks style the-customer-is-always-right mindset. This is mom+pop style, chill.I never had a problem with them and posting this here because I realized I ordered from them 10+ times but never left a review. So consider this 50 stars instead.

I have been ordering from here for over maybe 16 years, they are very nice. The food is excellent i am a vegan/ vegetarian so I mostly get vegetables or egg foo young and sweet plantains. They make sure you are satisfied and the food is always enough for a two day dinner. Excellent service and staff. Now, onto the customer service. When I called to place my order, I tried to explain that I was a hospital patient and needed a little extra time. The woman on the phone rudely cut me off and said she was busy before abruptly hanging up. I received a call back within 5 minutes saying the delivery driver had already arrived, but he left because I wasn't there. When I called back to explain, I was told they were too busy to wait and I needed to come to them. Eventually, I did receive my food, but the experience was marred by the terrible customer service I had encountered. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. View menu
