Niu Jiao Jian Hot Pot

Nobody serves you if you didn’t ask them. The food just so so. We ordered many dishes and urged them many times, but lots of them never received until we paid the bill. Not recommend.

I love the food, the service is always excellent, and the meal is an experience all in itself. We also received a $10 gift card for future use, because we finish all the food in 90 minutes. THX

This restaurant is the perfect spot to satisfy your hot pot cravings, with their authentically spicy Szechuan flavors. They offer a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and mushrooms to choose from. The atmosphere is trendy with neon signs adding to the cool vibe inside the restaurant.

I've had better experiences. The prices are almost as high as other all-you-can-eat restaurants, but the quality of the food is lacking. There are large pieces of fat on every cut of meat. The fried rice is overly greasy. The vegetables seem a bit old and have a peculiar smell to them.

My experience at niu jiao jian hot pot on Saturday, 7/16/2022 was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were barely greeted by the waiter and he did not provide any explanation of the hot pot process, despite it being our first time there. The price was $30 per person, with only a set menu available. The waiter was unhelpful and borderline rude, snatching the menu away and starting to set up our table as if we were incapable. Worst Restaurant ever, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They recently have the All You Can Eat option, it used to be a famous restaurant so we would like to give it a try. However, they gave us such a bad experience.SERVICES:1. We asked for a high chair and they put it in front of the service door, they also refused to move it when we said it’s dangerous for a baby sitting in a serving area.2.
