As I was finishing my salad, I discovered a sizable piece of plastic wrap mixed in with my greens. I can't help but wonder what might have happened if I had accidentally consumed it. I brought the salad plate to our waitress's attention and showed her the piece of plastic. She took it to the owner, Bob Komischke, who then took it back to the kitchen. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard of the incident. Bob never approached us to offer an apology, nor did he acknowledge the problem in any way. Apart from a few extra toppings in my salad, we received no further response. I'm really disappointed."

I absolutely loved this place! The menu offered a diverse selection, and the taste and quality were exceptional. The walleye and their various dishes are far superior to those at higher-end restaurants, and as a bonus, dining here feels genuinely like being at home.

However, after finishing my salad, I found a notable piece of plastic wrap in it. I can't imagine what could have happened if I had accidentally eaten it. I showed the salad plate to our waitress, along with the piece of plastic. She took it to the owner, Bob Weirdke, and then that was the last we heard about it. Bob never approached us to apologize or even acknowledge the issue at any point. We didn't receive any compensation, aside from something extra in my salad. I was incredibly disappointed.
