"The staff at the grill seem either to discriminate against certain customers or to misunderstand basic requests like “no lettuce, no tomato.” If it happens once, it could be a mistake; twice, okay; but after three times, I start to question things. I’ve now had seven sandwiches modified in the slightest way—whether it’s no lettuce, a dash of hot sauce, or adding salt, pepper, and ketchup to a bacon, egg, and cheese—and they’ve all been wrong. This is New York City, and while you're the closest deli, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since it seems you can’t get it right. Also, the prices are a bit high."

Bought a sandwich from the deli area. The guys in the deli making the sandwich were cool, the guys at the cash register need to work on their soft skills. Overall was a good sandwich.

As a local to this neighborhood, I find myself going here all the time. Great selection of snacks and drinks, and the grill/deli menu has tons of variety as well. Can’t beat 24/7 hours, and always great customer service. Definitely try the sandwiches when you go!

AWFUL SERVICE, extremely RUDE STAFF! I was in New York Deli Grill at 322 34th East Street yesterday. I ordered the Magic Bag through the Application against food waste Too Good To Go online and went to the shop to take the food at 8 pm, as it was written from 8 pm to 10 pm. When I entered the shop, the shop assistant shouted at me and told I can't take the food, only after 10 pm. I was very angry because I paid the offer 3.99$ and wanted to get the food.

Incredibly poor customer service and loyalty I went back to the store yesterday to return a quart of ice cream that was freezer burned. Had an extremely poor interaction with the cashier — who seemed to think I was trying to take advantage somehow. I have lived on the block for nearly 8 years now, and have literally purchased HUNDREDS of Häagen-Dazs ice cream from your store — and sometimes YOU were the cashier.
