"This place is a classic local café, and I absolutely love it here. The service is outstanding—quick and friendly every time. The staff always checks in to see if you need anything whenever they walk by. I tend to be more traditional, and I usually come here for breakfast, which is consistently fantastic. The portions are generous, and everything is cooked just the way you request. I highly recommend the traditional breakfast along with a side of biscuits and gravy; it's always excellent. My wife is always pleased with our meals. As long as I'm in Dripping Springs, I'll keep coming back!"

Tasty down-home Texas cooking. Fried catfish po-boy was crispy and delicious-fried okra and French fries excellent and quick! Decor is vintage Texas which we loved. Service quick and personable.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday at 1:20. Was greeted and seated promptly. Ordered the special, Fried Shrimp with green beans. Super fresh and delicious. Large succulent whole Shrimp and green beans the way mama used to make it. My go to place for Shrimp and catfish. Keep up the good work!

This is a fantastic locally-owned café! It’s simple and unpretentious, offering a few daily specials at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are wonderful. You'll find lots of locals here, and I thought the portion sizes were just right. Definitely worth a visit!
