Shannon was one of the best servers that I have ever had at any restaurant. She was attentive and courteous. She made the who experience magical.

I really like this location. The good is really good, especially the Mongolian steak. Lo mein is solid but I wish they'd bring back the ramen. The northern ribs are so good! The slaw that comes with makes a meal of sweet/spicy greatness! You can't really go wrong with fried rice. This place is a family favorite.

I would like to thank the entire staff on Thursday night 6/29/23. They were amazing I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I celebrated my Anniversary with my Husband and we really enjoyed ourselves. I came here with a friend, and have nothing but positive things to say! The atmosphere was great, and our waitress Riley couldn’t possibly have done a better job! They gave great service, were very personable, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Can’t forget to mention that the food was amazing and arrived in a very timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!!

Our server, Skyler, was so friendly and very attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond taking her time to review my food allergies, gluten sensitivity, and to answer any questions we asked. Skyler even made sure my food was served in gold bowls indicating they were gluten free and allergen free. We will request her as our server when we return. Skyler is a real asset to P.F. Chang’s; I can see her being praised and promoted with no hesitation.

Great Restaurant with friendly service. I like going during lunch to catch everything at lower prices. The restaurant and restrooms are clean as I always check a restaurant’s restrooms before dining with a establishment. I like the pull up To Go option as well as you simply pull up to the side in slots 1-4 and they will bring you your order if you have it to go. Our first time trying P.F. Chang's and I will say the food was good here. We ordered the dynamite roll to split as a appetizer and the roll was delicious with just the right amount of spice kick. I had the lunch portion of crispy honey shrimp bowl and it was very good, I did have to wait a little extra because our server wrote the wrong order down and my fiancee got his bowl first while I was served Kung Pow which I could not do. Overall our food was very good fresh. The service could have been more attentive especially the staff at the front not even a goodbye/have a nice day after spending 70+ dollars for a meal.

I’ve eaten food from P.F. Chang’s in the past but I’ve never been in one before. They’re interior is bright, clean and the staff are dressed in Chinese styled uniforms. Food is great I had Kung Pao Shrimp with brown rice and it was fresh, hot and very flavorful. The downside is how expensive it is for what you get. I’ll pay for good food but other than ambience the food isn’t that much better than the mom and pop Chinese place around the corner from me. Don’t get me wrong it was dynamite and I’d go again but with the competition for dining dollars….. One of the best restaurants in Franklin TN! My wife and I visit here frequently and have always had a great meal and fantastic service! Viviana is the first smiling face we see when we arrive. She is the best hostess. She will frequently get us our drinks if the servers are busy. She will even come around and ask how we are doing and if we need anything! She goes above and beyond. Deb is the manager and always takes time out to greet us. She is a hands-on manager and is always on the floor working and making sure things are running smooth. We have so many favorite servers!
