"first, let me tell them how disappointed we were that a food chain this big can not update their website and their open table website! we were so excited to find something open while g this pandemic, but then, when we arrived, they found closed and had been for a whole day, but still not, posting this on their social media pages, on open table, yelp or their own website. that is simply unthinkable and lazy! the people are dealing with many things out there, this place can at least post irl and keep their current status! so sad, I will never be back, that was simply rude and not acceptable at all for a large food chain :"
