"One of the benefits of eating at a chain restaurant is that you can always expect a consistent experience. When my parents came to visit me during our move, we ordered takeout from this restaurant twice. We made sure to specify that we are vegan, and were surprised to find that our dishes were also made gluten free the second night. While not all vegans are gluten free, we didn't mind. The food was delicious both nights, with the eggplant being our favorite dish that we ended up ordering two of on the second night. As a newcomer to the area, I will definitely consider getting takeout from here again. However, as someone who has lived in China, I hope that this restaurant's vegan Chinese food is not indicative of the area as a whole."

Normally a fan of PF Chang’s but this experience was dreadful. Arrived for a late reservation. The wait staff walked by numerous times without taking our order. Waited 10-15 minutes and gave up.

Great food and great service make this a welcome place to eat. We went for lunch and had 2 orders of chicken lettuce wraps and 1 order of string beans both appetizers and we walked out stuffed!!! Delicious food. View menu

There are only three vegan options available at this restaurant, including Mapo Tofu, stir-fried eggplant, and Buddha's Feast. I enjoyed these dishes and believe that sticking to your beliefs will lead to success. You will soon feel confident that you are on the right path.

great eating and very good service make this a good place to eat, except that the difficultness to get my points every time we have a reservation and dine here. EVERY time requires that I send a copy of my paid reception to ot technical support to apply the points. apparently the OT computer does not connect to the pf Chang computer or such nonsense. We we're there at 5 pm so not crowded at that point. Wait service was great. Food was very tasty, enjoyed it. I do think it was a little expensive $85 for 2 people for appetizer, Chinese food (no alcohol) ice tea. White or brown rice came with dinner but fried rice was extra charge of $10.00. All in all the food itself was very good the wait staff was great. I was still shocked that as big as the restaurant was they sat every patron on top of each other. Yes, there was more than one wait staff.

the beauty of going to a chain is that they always know what they will get. while my elders visited during our move, we came out twice from this place. we always state that we are vegan and hope that the restaurant meets. from any reason they have also made our dishes gluten-free in the second night, which was interesting. not all vegans are gluten-free and vice versa, but none of us have looked after. the food was good both nights. the aubergine is our favorite and we got two in the second night. as a new person in the opposite, I will pick up definitiw and too. as someone who lived in china, I hope this is not representative for the vegan Chinese cuisine the opposite.

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
