"Today I ordered from panda house and I ordered 2 plates of food for $28 Now I hang up no problem. Couple minutes later restaurant calls back the saying the transaction didn't go through So now I check my bank app and I call the bank and they say the transaction did go through so I called the restaurant back and now they told me That they only got $21 but in reality they got the whole $28. Now they cancel my order People Dont waiste ur time here and dont use your Credit cards here"

Panda House offers the third best Chinese cuisine in Westfield. They were once better, but their quality seems to have declined. I’ve heard rumors about health code issues in the past, but I can’t confirm their validity.

The food is consistently delicious, served hot, and prepared perfectly every time. Even when it’s busy, the service is quick. The woman at the counter is not only polite but also absolutely gorgeous and dedicated to her work... lol.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just spent $55 on food and absolutely nothing we ordered was good. Crab Rangoons were over cooked, spare ribs were over cooked a s no flavor, general TSO was disgusting, and egg rolls were bland and taste likecardboard. Never again we all want to barf now! View menu

The shrimp lo mein was fantastic, but the vegetarian fried rice appeared to have been prepared by two different cooks during my last two visits. The ingredients seemed different both times. On my second visit, the rice was darker and had a richer flavor. Overall, while I enjoyed several dishes from Panda House, I found the consistency lacking in my recent orders.

I just ordered lunch from Panda House and was really let down. The rice was incredibly dry and lacking in flavor. The sauce for the General Tso's chicken had a strange taste. I requested broccoli and they charged me $1.00, which isn’t much, but for just two tiny, soggy pieces, it wasn’t worth it at all. The crab rangoons were decent, though. I used to really love Panda House— their food was always fresh and tasty. I was starving and left feeling very disappointed.
