"It was a great store 6 months ago. I ordered several times and all were wonderful. However today's order totally went south. I don't know for sure what changed, but noticeable, the staff were different from before. I guess that was the reason? Pizza was cold, crust were not made well, (the dough tasted sweet, ridiculously), topping were so stingy comparing with before. My chicken nuggets were not wrapped in foil like before but just dumped in the box and it was cold. The guy took my cash and did not even bother asking if I want my change. I mean I planned to give him the change as tip, but come on by courtesy, you should at least ask. Geez, no more going back to this store."

This location deserves a big fat ZERO. It took SO LONG for my order to finally get delivered, and horrible costumer service, no help at all! I’ve had bad service with them in the past but I was hoping things would be different, should have known better. Never again!

Took 90mins for my order to reach me, the pizza was cold by that time. This store is less than 2 miles away from where I live. They sent a free pizza coupon with an unredeemable promo code, refused to give a straight answer when I called TWICE. Never ordering from them again. Tysm for the lovely useless coupon papa. One of the worst pizzas from papa johns. The toppings are so sad. I was too hungry not to throw it away. It was mostly cheese. And I had double pepperoni btw, rest toppings were olives, green pepper and Italian sausage. I went back to share feedback that I had such great experiences at papa johns but this is bad. The guy was very casual and said they put in as per measurements and thank you for your feedback. Not gonna order from this place again! I’ll try another PJ.

Overly expensive pizza honestly, not so delicious. People seemed at least really friendly, although sometimes seemed to have no idea what they were doing at the counter. Tried the 7 cheese pizza, absolutely not as exciting as it would sound, but more importantly, for a pizza that should be super cheesy, it actually had not enough. How to go and take a little caesars for example and it has a load of cheese compared to this, also in the standard version. Yeah, do whatever you want.
