"The food here was amazing. I got the fire fries and the creation of the week, the Heifer Burger. The fire fries I thought was going to be very spicy but was not too hot at all. These fries were exceptional, I will definitely order again! The Heifer burger had hamburger on sausage on bacon with some steak/ horse radish sauce, onion staws and cheese. The burger was delicious and cooked to perfection. Thankfully I like meat because it is pilled on there. There was enough food here to split between 2 people, and that's good for those of you looking to stay around the $10 mark for lunch. Specialty fries, Specialty Burger, and drink ran about $20. If you just want the basics it would be around $11. Overall an excellent burger and fries, and I will be back to try out the other delicious looking items on the menu."

This was my first visit, and it certainly won’t be my last! The food quality is amazing! It’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!

Got the bulgogi burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had in my entire life. You get so much food for so little money and it's all spectacular. 11/10

Awesome burgers and sandwiches, and the best crinkle fries that have ever existed. Very big burgers and fresh ingredients. Very fast and friendly. Keto options available as well. View menu

Peppered Pig is a god tier food truck. You cannot beat the Bulgogi Burger. It's fusion food, perfectly balanced. Right amount of kimchi, mayo, bulgogi sauce, scallions, and that amazingly crispy rice patty. The other burgers and sandwiches are great too, but it's hard to beat the bulgogi for creativity and taste.

Every time I go to Peppered Pig, i always leave satisfied. They have THE BEST burgers in town, hands down. The Black and Blue burger is my go-to favorite, and they have a specialty burger every week also. Call ahead for best service as they do make your burger fresh to order, and that does take time. This is not fast food, these are gourmet burgers and they are worth the wait!

I was skeptical about all the glowing reviews this food truck received, but after trying the food, I completely understand why it's so well-rated. Their smoked speck and burgers are fantastic. I ordered a burger topped with speck, shredded pork, and a beef patty, loaded with all the fixings. I could easily eat a dozen of these delicious burgers and wouldn’t even mind if it led to heart disease—it would definitely be worth it! View menu

I was initially unsure about all the buzz surrounding this food truck, but after tasting their offerings, I can see why everyone is raving about it. The smoked bacon and burgers are truly exceptional. I had a burger topped with bacon, shredded pork, and a beef patty, along with all the traditional toppings. I would gladly devour a dozen of those incredible burgers, even if it meant facing health risks. It's absolutely worth it!

First let me start by saying they ALWAYS have the best attitude. Makes my day so much better when I talk to the lady at the stand. Secondly, the Fire in the Hole has got to be one of if not the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. So much flavor and just enough spice. Super juicy and the bread they use is delicious. Granted it might fall apart a tad but the way I see it if you really want something good you gotta work for it so I don’t mind lookin like a pig when I eat here. 10/5 stars

"I planned a birthday dinner for my daughter's 15th birthday at this establishment. Called twice to make sure they could accommodate my party size and that the day and time were acceptable. (I called twice because I was told a manager would call, but they didn't so I called back 2 days later). I was assured that date and time were acceptable and that they wouldn't be able to sit all of us at the same table but they would have us in the same section of the restaurant. I was excited because it was going to be my first time at this establishment and I had heard great things. However, I received a phone call less than 48 hrs before my reservation time and was told by the assistant manager that they would not be able to guarantee that my party would be in the same section. So, I took the time to confirm the actual number of attendees (15 20 people) for the dinner and called back to inform them of this in hopes that they could work something out (due to this last minute notification) and was advised that my reservation had been canceled. I was also advised that if we decided to show up they would sit everyone, but we would run the risk of being spread out across the restaurant. I expressed my grievances about the last minute change and the fact that they were not willing to try to make any accommodations. As I stated, this was going to be my first time at Cajun Steamer and to have such a poor experience is extremely disheartening. I don't appreciate being treated as if we weren't going to be paying customers. The fact that my reservation was canceled without my consent and them not trying to provide a reasonable solution for the last minute change shows me that there is a lack of business acumen within their management team. I understand that they have a small space to work with, but their inability to accommodate my party should've been made known upfront not less than 48 hrs before my reservation. To lose a customer before they even have a chance to visit your establishment is truly sad indeed."
