They were a little short staffed in the kitchen but our experience was fine since we started with an app and then enjoyed some sushi before the entrees came out. Service team was very attentive and the kids loved the dumplings, sushi, and their entrees just as much as we did.

POOR SERVICE!!! They DISCRIMINATE people especially the HOST. They let us wait for more than an HOUR eventough there were a lot of empty tables and let WALK-INs/with out reservations be seated ahead of us considering I have SENIOR CITIZEN companions. Will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! It ruined our day

I’ve been a long time customer of PF. Changs and will continue to be. Service is always kind and welcoming. Portions have gotten slightly smaller with increased pricing but this is the entire industry due to having our current president. I am not normally a huge fan of PF Chang’s, but my daughter requested it. The food was SO good and our server was fantastic from the moment we sat down until we left!!! The senior manager stopped to visit with each table where she sincerely asked about our experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for the whole experience!!!

We came in Friday night with our two toddlers. We got there a little early, but we were sat right at our reservation time and we were able to get a table with a high chair for my youngest. When we got to our table my youngest was screaming and crying as we tried to calm her down. She would not stop. We were getting stares from diners nearby.
