"we had a reservation of 7 o'clock. when we showed up, it was a zoo. very busy. we said we had to wait, despite a reservation. we understood it was silvester. the host who inspected all had a really bad attitude. I told her we had our 83-year-old mother with us. She just shaved it and told us that our open table reservation had the lowest priority against the other bookings made via the pf chang app. she said we would get a text as soon as our table was ready. I checked my handy number with her. waited and waited....and at 19:30 we went to another restaurant. really sad because we love this place and the personal. Unfortunately, this host did not represent the facility at all well. oh. we didn't get the text at all even after we left. really a mess!"

Food and service was good but the bartender was bad. How can PF Chang bartender not know how to make a Mai ta??? The second one we ordered was worse than the first. So much ice shoved in the glass we couldn’t put a straw in. No garnish?! No dark rum floater. Just tasted like pineapple juice.

Had a wonderful dinner with our daughter to celebrate her birthday. We had recently dined at the Vegas location and had such a good meal that we wanted to try the Carlsbad location. I actually enjoyed the Kung Pao Shrimp in Vegas better the shrimp were grilled more, the seasoning was hotter and there was less sauce, thereby highlighting the shrimo more. The dish last night was still very good. Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp were excellent. Our server, Daniel, was stellar. He even brought a special birthday dessert complete with sparklers! We live very near the Carlsbad location, and will certainly return soon!
