Pho Hoa - Menu

Great pho tai overall. I had the combo of soup and tea. The broth was really good. The boba was alright, a little small and dense. The service was friendly and good, too.

This is quickly becoming our go-to restaurant for the week. We've sampled four different dishes, and each one has been packed with flavor. The broth is absolutely delicious, and they provide plenty of meat and noodles to fill you up. The milk tea was just as good as you would expect.

I asked for vegetables on the side to see what I liked and it was not fulfilled. I also didnt get extra noodles even though I was charged for it. The food was also cold by the time it got to me which didnt take long and my summer roll was falling apart as I opened the package. Will not be ordering again View menu

The broth had a great flavor and there were plenty of extras to enhance it, but the meatballs were way too fatty for my taste. After adding them to my soup, I ended up having to remove them because they were too greasy and had a chewy, cartilaginous texture that I dislike. The beef was good, though, and there were plenty of noodles to enjoy.

This is my second time ordering the beef rib pho. I have had a similar dish from Grayson's and it was delicious. However, this time the beef rib in my pho was inedible. The meat was tough and there was very little of it on the bone. It seemed like it had been cooked a day or so before and reheated. It was a disappointment and I was shocked that they even served it in this condition.

The Thai tea here is really good, and the boba is even better. It's a bit sweeter than the Thai teas I've tried before, but my family and I enjoyed it. The jasmine tea was a bit too strong for my liking; I prefer it milder, but that's just a matter of personal preference, not a criticism of the restaurant. The customer service was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the place was very clean. I will definitely be returning. The boba tea mix here is exceptional, but the prices are quite high. Even so, I would come back. It's frustrating that you expect customers to cover the credit card processing fees when they make a purchase, in addition to tipping. Isn't the cost of the food and drinks intended to cover all expenses? I've looked into this, and it turns out that operating on a cash-only basis can actually be more expensive. Credit card transactions are harder to manipulate or steal. Moreover, the fees your business incurs can be written off during tax season, meaning the customer ends up paying for it, while the owner benefits from a tax deduction. It feels like a bit of double-dipping.

I got the Coconut Thai tea which was delicious, I've tried many bobas and this was by far one of the best. I loved the honey boba and the tea was not overly sweet but had a great flavor. I also had the chicken Pho, I've never had this before so I can't compare but it was so good. Lots of add ons, the green onions, lime, and bean sprouts added extra texture and flavors to the already perfect broth. They give you the right amount of chicken and it's so tender. The peach mango tea I ordered was fantastic and paired nicely with the spicy phở. I think I had either number 46 or 48 on the menu. I had initially wanted to try the Vietnamese stew, but I was told it was removed from the menu due to less-than-ideal feedback from customers, which was disappointing since it was the dish I was most eager to try. That said, the dish I ended up with, which was recommended by our waiter, was quite tasty. We also shared summer rolls and another type of roll, both of which were well prepared.
