"If it were possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars. I placed an order through their website using the Slice app for two large pizzas, scheduled for pickup at 5:30 PM, giving them a four-hour notice. I paid online and even left a generous tip! However, when I arrived at 5:29 PM, the staff looked at me as if I were crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. After checking their online orders, they realized there was no record of my pizzas. The restaurant was full of customers, and yet there was no pizza ready for me. Apparently, no one had informed the staff that they accepted online orders. I ended up going to Casey's and spent $20 less. Since it’s Jake’s, I might give it another try in the future, but not anytime soon."

"I visited Duffy's while in town for the day and was looking for a decent sit-down restaurant instead of fast food. I came across Duffy's and noticed it had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive menu. They offered my favorite burger, Mushroom Swiss, which seems to be disappearing from many menus these days as restaurants come up with more inventive options. It’s rare to find a place that not only serves it but does it well, and I’m glad to say this one was DELICIOUS! The cheese was perfectly gooey, the mushrooms were juicy and packed with flavor, and the burger itself was moist, even though I ordered it medium well. The crispy tater tots on the side were also a hit, as they weren’t greasy at all. My husband tried the bacon cheeseburger with fries and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the smell of cleaning solution was quite strong. If I could have given it 4.5 stars, I definitely would have. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fantastic!"

While the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, earning a strong 4 out of 5, the service fell a bit short at 3 out of 5. It wasn't terrible, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. Overall, if you’re looking for a satisfying breakfast in a nice setting, this place is worth a visit!"

"We have supported toppers even after some unsatisfactory food and service over the years but after the way I was treated tonight after bringing in my wrap that had BROWN lettuce in it and was treated so rudely by the owner.. I wasn’t overly upset. I asked for my money back because I didn’t want it re-made as I lost my appetite. I ate some of it and unfortunately didn’t notice right away. Which I’m assuming is why he was so upset.. He could’ve told me nope no money and just said sorry. Instead he made a rude comment about how it was nearly gone (even though it was only half) and apparently didn’t care his kitchen staff put old lettuce in the food they were serving.. threw the money on the bar, slammed the take out container in the trash and stormed off. What disgusting behavior for an owner to have."
