"This was our first visit to Nebraska, and it was unfortunate that this restaurant was one of our initial stops after a hike. Despite asking for water twice, we never received it—even after one of my family members expressed frustration about the situation. We did receive our beer, but the four kids and their parents were left without any water. It’s just water! I could understand if the staff had been overwhelmed, but that wasn’t the case. It was incredibly disappointing. Ultimately, we decided to leave without dining. Date of visit: July 2nd, 2023, between 5:30 and 6 PM."

Pizza was pretty good. I couldn't order what I really wanted to off the app to get the deal so it cost a little bit more ordering in person. The manager wouldn't give me the app deal

No where is it posted that they no longer accept checks, even though our server told us it was posted on the door. It is not, cause I checked before leaving. Not very smart lying to a customer View menu

Our food was cold the service was awful We had to ask the waitress to please take our order after sitting in our chair for over a 30 minutes After we received our food we had to ask for silverware

The dinning area was so cold. When asked about the heat was told by the waitress that the manager was told but made no effort to turn heat up. Our food got cold real fast. We just quit eating and asked for box so we cam get to our vehicle to warm up.

When we asked about specials, our waitress told us there weren't any, yet later, we overheard the waitress at the table behind ours tell them the special. Our waitress acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there. She forgot to bring our raspberry tea and when we asked, she rolled her eyes before walking away without saying a word. Also forgot our sides of ranch, though was more friendly when we asked.

The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired! It seems that ordering a Caesar salad or a side Caesar salad is very confusing for the girl at the register. She always asks which dressing we want, and this is the fourth time this has happened. This time, no one checked on our order when it was ready, so the pizza was nearly soggy, and we received no dressing with the salad. It's just unacceptable. I would give it two stars because the kitchen staff does an excellent job with the food; otherwise, I would rate it zero stars.
