Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes shouted “hello” with no answer. Smoke break out back maybe.? Next time lock up shop and throw a sign on the door. ?

Customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but Rose at the Newport Pizza Pipeline killed it! She is so sweet and her customer service was above and beyond. The best part was she is new! Thank you Rose. View menu

I have gone to this location for years and have never had such bad service till recently. Very unorganized and I waited over 20 mins for slices. The lobby was full because the cook had burnt half of the pizzas.

I have been eating Pizza Pipeline for almost 30 years. I ordered a Hawaiian the other night, and I do not know what they did to their pizza recipe, but I will likely never order from them again. It did not even taste like pizza.

Cold slices that looked like they were from the day before. Got the lunch special 2 pepperoni slices and a pop. Didn’t eat the 2nd slice and 1st slice that I did eat will now go down in history as the worst pizza slice I’ve ever had. Thanks guys ? View menu

My first pizza from the pipeline, even though I had ordered well ahead they must have been short-staffed because I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my order. The pizza was good, but they didn't give me what I asked for. And there was a 1 to 2-in band of crust all the way around the pizza, quite a bit more that I'm used to.

We ordered from pizza pipeline last night and wasn’t given an eta which isn’t a big deal. After an hour I called just asking I ordered on a Saturday night I thought they were just busy. When they answered they told me my pizza was already delivered. I was sitting upstairs by my front door the whole time they never showed. I told the person who answered the phone this and they said to check the porch I told them no it’s not there. They then told me that their driver said they dropped it off but they would make me a new one and send it right away no worries! The driver shows up saying they were busy gave us the wrong soda and then we open our pizza and there’s nothing but bubbles and holes in...

Man. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!! I was so hopeful. But NAAAWWW! FOR REAL. Sorry to yell, but I'm pised!! Pizza pipeline used to make the best pizza!! I remember being a kid in my first apartment. It was worth paying more if I had a few extra We'd order cheese and mushrooms They'd put them on there corner to corner, crust to crust.
