Haven't tried the pizza yet but this was the best cheesesteak I've had. Ingredients are better quality than what you get at most cheesesteak places. Definitely stands out among Hockessin food options.

Doesn’t get much better than here. Pizzas and Stromboli’s are always excellent and the cheesesteaks are the best in the area, hands down. Ryan, the owner, is a great person that takes pride in his work and it shows.

Amazing and flavorful vegan pizza! They were out of vegan cheese, so they made a roasted red pepper, black olives, mushrooms, and arugula. SO GOOD! Some pizza places will make a pie without cheese, but here they make a pie where that is so tasty you won't miss the cheese at all. View menu

I tried this restaurant for the first time and it was amazing! My son really enjoys boneless wings, and the ones at Cotti's were excellent. The pizza was also perfect and bursting with flavor, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Have tried many places in the area and Cotti's is by far the best. The owner Ryan is a good guy who is passionate about the food he makes. Fresh ingredients and innovative combinations. Making sure his customers are completely satisfied with their food is a top priority. Can't wait to go back!!

I've eaten at almost all the local pizza places here in Hockessin, save for the chains like Papa Johns. With that, I can safely say that Cotti's has the best pizza out of all of them. Full Stop. The cheesteaks are also pretty good here as well. Put the two together, and I think the Cheesesteak pizza they offer is one of the best Pizzas Ive had in Delaware. I keep coming back again and again. This was my first time trying Cotti's. Overall I'm impressed with what we order. All the flavors were amazing and everything was executed very well especially the Sicilian. My favorite in this order was the Cotti Steak. So much flavor and the roll was filled to the top! Just what you would want in a steak sandwich. The pizzas all held there own with unique and delicious flavor profiles and a constant crust. It was a great experience and we will be coming back.

The best pizza in Delaware! Owner Ryan is incredibly passionate about the food he makes, and it shows in the exceptional quality. The pizza sauce is fantastic, the sandwich bread is made from scratch, and the wings are cooked just right. I've tried several items from their menu, and everything has been outstanding. I heard that the owner is planning to sell the restaurant, but he reassures that the new owner will uphold the same high standards. I truly hope so, as this place consistently delivers delicious food. Give them a try—you won't be disappointed!

The food at this restaurant was decent, especially for its location in Hockessin, DE. However, I was taken aback by the high ratings and reviews, as I personally did not find it to be exceptional. The owner makes an effort to provide unique and creative menu items that are prepared to order. Unfortunately, our experience during the visit was quite disappointing. The tables were unclean, there were no napkins available, and a strong odor of grease permeated the restaurant. Additionally, the owner's language and behavior, including the use of profanity and anti-Semitic remarks, were inappropriate and offensive.
