"There is a Cuban dish called"Boniato con tasajo Boniato is like a cousin to a potato, but sweet, kind also of a cousin to the American sweet potato, but it has to be baked with this meat (tasajo), wich is delicious, well seasoned, come from a particular part of a horse, and I RECOMMEND IT with white rice (cooked Cuban style), fried green plantain called by Cubans tostones and patacón pisáo by Dominicans, or sweet plantains, also fried.A Perrier water in it's original glass bottle, a leche malteada batido,=shake, and a specialty Frituras de Malanga delicious.Thank you, enjoy."
