Porter's Real Barbecue

Always great food! Their banana pudding is a must try. They recently catered a large company party and everything was perfect and smooth.

This place serves the best brisket, macaroni and cheese, and pickles I've ever tasted! It's definitely one of the top restaurants I've experienced, and I dine out at least five days a week. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, I would happily pay for it again!

We were in town for the TriCities Geocoin Challenge and needed a protein-packed meal, and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the brisket and pulled pork, and both were fantastic. The bacon was delicious, and the poppers were absolutely outstanding. We will definitely return! Food: 5/5

The customer service here is exceptional, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. We ordered brisket, turkey, and pulled pork, along with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, slaw, stuffed jalapeños, and rolls. The food at Porters was outstanding, like always. The staff was especially helpful and friendly on our visit. The Asst. Manager Krystal Fesgen was especially helpful and pleasant. We were taking food home to Walla Walla and she took extra time to help pack it up for the car ride home. Every one went above and beyond. It was an awesome dining experience. A+ 5

I had the brisket and ribs during my visit. While the brisket wasn’t particularly well-trimmed, the person slicing it went ahead and removed the entire fat cap without me even asking. I’ve been to numerous BBQ places, and I’ve never encountered that before—such integrity! The brisket cuts were lean (flat cuts), making them prone to dryness if not cooked just right, but they were incredibly tender and juicy. On the downside, the ribs were quite thin, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering those. Overall, I give the brisket a perfect 5 stars for its deliciousness!

This is my first time here as I'm visiting Kennewick for business. I was very impressed with the flavor and tenderness of the brisket. The sausage was excellent and the turkey was just how I always dreamed. Turkey is supposed to taste but I can never make it come out quite right! The pulled pork on the other hand I found to be a little bit bland. But don't get me wrong. It was still good. I just was hoping for more flavor. And that's the only reason they didn't get five stars.They did try be Gouda mac and cheese and was very impressed with the proper cooking of the macaroni. In other words, it's not overcooked like most places do. And the Gouda and overall creaminess was truly worth the trip... View menu
