"Best, delicious, relaxed Fathers Day Brunch anywhere! Excellent scramble special today and wonderful pancakes, salads, French toast, eggs, sausages and more! We tried it all. The coffee was never cold and was refilled with courtesy. Staff was supreme in friendly service and effective communication! All food was delivered hot and sumptuous. People in our group were excited to plan to come back to try other menu items soon! The wait staff helped us so that both daughters could split the Fathers Day meal, many thanks for the effort. We loved the decor, which included roosters as well as Joshua trees in a set which may have been photographed at Joshua Tree National park."

"42 minutes with NO service...no water even... while waiting for a show at the Performing Arts Center. Waiter told us twice...be back in a minute but two women alone for cocktails and appetizers were completely ignored. Tables all around us were served...but they all had men seated in their groups. So I would rate this formally enjoyable place as a ZERO. SERVICE AS DEAD AS THE BURNT OUT CANDLE AND GREASE SPOT ON THE TABLE. Single women... don't go. Hyman won't serve us."

"A small Mexican restaurant with only seven or eight tables. It feels a little cramped with soda refrigerators and boxes taking up floor space. The servers are nice and efficient. The chips and salsa are very good. The salsa has a slight kick to it and there is something in it that makes it unique. My husband raves about the Shrimp enchiladas. The rice and beans are standard fare. I didn't care for the carnitas they were overdone with no crusty caramelization and tasted of old oil."

"I worked early and decided to have an early evening meal... heard about complexity and wanted to try. went in and was greeted by wendy. her face expression said everything we went in and she asked if I can help them, I looked at my partner and she told AGAIN...then she realized how rude she was and said oh for two we said yes, please...then she said that it was just sitting outside. we looked around and there 4 tables open as well as several sitting at the bar, but it was really nice outside so we said it was good. she continued to sit on the back behind a wall where we could not see anyone or anything and could not be seen by someone... then went another nice looking couple and sat in the tables that were not present. I didn't feel discriminated against anything else, whether I was dressed nicely or in my work shrubs...less to say, I asked about the manager and was told that she wasn't in...and when I asked her name, she didn't even want to tell me. my mind is because she knew what she was doing. I won't try this place, and if you don't want to dress and whondy is in her layer, I would suggest you stay away."

"This place is great! Situated in a little strip mall, this little Mexican restaurant is worth trying. It's not very big, but make no mistake, it's not a fast food place, it's a sit down restaurant. It has very cool decor, clean and well kept. The food was delicious. Everyone in my party was super happy with their food. I ordered the fajitas... Delicious! Other parts were; carne asada plates delicious! Came with two pretty good size steaks, chicken mole enchilada delicious! The taquito plate and the fish plate, also delicious. It should also be noted that their portion size is really good. We all ended up taking some food home. Oh, big shout out to our server (wish I had gotten his name... Sorry) he was very attentive. He took the time to explain what the dishes came with, and what I really really appreciated was that he asked if any of the kids' orders needed to be modified because he knew sometimes kids don't like everything the plate comes with. This was perfect as my kids are a little picky. So big shout out to him!"
