"We have been here before and really enjoy this place. The server got our order mixed up and ordered the NY Strip instead of the Cowboy Rib Eye. The hostess notice that there was an issue before the server and removed the NY Strip from the table and ordered the Cowboy Rib Eye, medium rare and took ab out 15 minutes ok steak was excellent when I finally got it server said he was sorry fat fingered the order. Finished dinner handed the server my credit card he ran it return with card copies only and no detail, on thinking about my bill it seemed as though they never took off original steak, grabbed a menu and figured it out BTW server passed by near my table twice and never asked if everything was ok finally Hostess came by and apologized as she never took off steak. than took care of correcting. Server never approached table again very disappointed. I do think that the restaurant should have comped my steak as my partner was finished before my dinner ever arrived as a gesture for the inconvenience. Food was excellent just disappointed with server and follow-up"

very good, but very overpriced. they have a cheap sunset menu that would not allow our charity dine to be good. we were somehow forced to go to the regular menu that was much overpriced. our dinner for two costs $178.00 for 2 8 unzen filet 's, an salat, an appetizer, a glass wein and 1 martini.

I and friends were there to try out their lobster special. The appetizers were wonderful, and the dinner main course was also very good. The branzino main course was a bit blanch however... maybe it's the style of cooking for this fish (I found that a little bit of soy sauce would do wonder, when I added it to the left over. . Prime still goes above and beyond. From start to finish, always nothing but perfection. They are taking Covid very seriously as all staff wears masks, everyone is given sanitizer upon arrival. If you forget your mask they provide a disposable one to take with you. I come always for the ribeye. Everyone else enjoyed a giant lobster tail special. service was great and were checked on regularly by manager.

that is in the rule of one of my restaurants. but since the reopening it seems that the service is not what it was once. at the beginning with loud techno dance music was playing and conversation impossible. we asked to lower the maitre d, but we said a piano player would soon be there, who soon 45 minutes later. eating was good as usual, but the favorites of my wife, branzino was not available on a Saturday night. the other problem was that the waiter seemed to give us up when he got another table. it was difficult to get someone's attention. When the maitre asked how it was, I expressed my concern about being left alone by waiting staff. I'll say there was a waiter who kept the water glass...
