"I ordered the Lazy Susan at Mac's Chop House for about $24 per person. They initially brought out just one platter with two French toasts, two waffles, and more, even though my mom had been there before and said we should each receive a separate platter. After discussing it with the manager, thirty minutes later they finally brought out two additional platters, but we were still missing one for my boyfriend and never received it. They removed the three platters from our bill and only charged us for one, but I would have preferred to pay for all four since we didn’t get everything we ordered. Our waiter, Theo, was very rude and insisted we were wrong, claiming we were only supposed to get one platter. It didn’t make sense, especially since the unlimited tableside mimosas cost $25 per person, yet we were paying $24 per person for just two waffles, two French toasts, and some watermelon slices. Theo also refused to add cheese to our eggs because the food was supposedly already on its way—but as mentioned, we only got one platter at first and then had to wait an additional thirty minutes for the others. The food we did receive was good, which is why I’m giving one star. However, Theo’s attitude made the entire experience unpleasant, and while the menu has some appealing options, the overall experience was not enough to make me want to return."
