Always well stocked and high quality food and drink. I love the cheese bar and wine selection.

I like shopping here when I'm on the mountain. The sushi is really good. Of course the ice cream is too for my niece and nephew!

The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and the staff are welcoming. However, the prices are quite high. It's a good option for a special occasion or a treat, but it may not be feasible for regular visits.

we love pruetts as food business, but the deli sandwiches are too expensive and not good at all. a large sub and a reuben sandwich ordered. the amount of meat on the big sub as well as the sandwich was small and the sandwiches were very dry! the reuben and bratbeef had 2 very thin slices meat and 1 very thin sliced piece cheese.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for! There lack of communication is unbearable. They can't even get a proper schedule out. They take you for granted and dont appreciate your hard work or value who you are as a person.. Employees are allowed to lie on you and you can get fired for that. I had to meet a friend early in the morning at Pruett's on Signal Mountain. I'm not very familiar with businesses on Signal Mountain, so I was looking for a sign. Guess what? Pruett's doesn't have a sign on the main road! Unbelievable. Since it was the only candidate in the area, I pulled up to the front door looking for signage. None. It was only after the sun started coming up I saw the word Pruett's near the top of the front. It was in dark brown letters on a dark brown background! I get understated but this is a little too much. Put up a legible sign, Pruett's!

gem on the Mountain-If they are looking for a mother and pop style whole foods, that is the place to go. from a large beer and wine selection, fresh products, flower arrangements, vegetarian/vegan products, fresh meat and so much more. they can not beat how big it is to visit. I love walking every week with my friends at the signal point, so we always think we're eating a bit because they have sandwiches, salads and even fresh sushi available! also they have designs of beer, weeping, coffee and more to go with their food. the personal is always helpful and knowledgeable on products. this is a must stop and load place.

I don't know what's causing the lack of morale, but I have never encountered such unhappy and disheartened employees in any restaurant before. Despite the fact that Pruett's prices are high, I have come to accept it. Whether it's due to a lack of leadership, excessive workloads, or low pay, the staff at Pruett's always seem unmotivated and unhappy when I try to order food or check out my groceries. It's rare to hear phrases like "you're welcome" or "have a good day" in response to simple niceties. Although Pruett's has a great concept, the negative attitude of the staff makes me want to go elsewhere. On more than one occasion, I have seen employees walk away when customers approach.
