eating is good, but the Asian lady who served to eat is somehow rude for me, she does not smile and always hurls

great place to buy boba drinks. also a great selection of snacks . popcorn huhn is one of the best items on them are menu, but for which get the frits. everything is now automated for their comfort.

I really enjoy this restaurant! I gave it 4 stars because they need to cook the boba slightly longer, as it can be a bit hard in the middle at times. However, I absolutely love their waffles, especially the cookies and cream flavor! Their popcorn chicken is also delicious. View menu

The tea itself is good and they have a rewards system. However, the portion sizes are extremely small, which I find insulting. It seems like they are cutting corners to save money by skimping on the boba. I will not be returning or recommending this place. It is not worth the money.

This restaurant is very professional compared to other fast food establishments. The boba drinks are easily customizable and you can still taste the different flavors of the tea. The boba has the perfect texture and the accompanying flavors complement it well. Overall, not bad for a Quickly's.

I went in and stood in register for a good min completely ignored before I had the attention whether my online order was ready. they even tried to take the order of the woman who came after me while I stood there, but even the woman who came after me had to say something because this is only strange customer service. also I and the other person who ordered online before the time finally our orders after the people who just came in and ordered them received their. in any case not back. I'm not too sure how the service could be any worse. It was a very weird experience. I walked in, and stood by the register for a good 6 min being completely ignored before I could get anyone's attention to ask if my online order was ready. They even tried taking the order of the lady who came in behind me while I'm standing right there, but even the lady who came in behind me had to say something because that's just strange customer service.Also, me and the other person who ordered online ahead of time finally received our orders AFTER the people who just came in and ordered received theirs.. What's the point of ordering ahead of that means we now have to wait twice as long? Definitely not...

If I can give this place 0 stars i would. For one , they are not consistent with their portion. One day they give you a fair amount of food then time they give you half the amount. I normally just order the chicken bites or whatever it's called and split it between me and my daughter, a few times I wasn't able to split it because it seemed like they already split it with another person . I've been coming to this Quickly for several years, but since I've finally made it in post-remodel, it's time for a review! Location, Ambiance and Service They are located in the San Bruno Towne Center which is always fairly busy due to the mix of food, shopping and Bevmo. There are a few spots right out front, but you'll have better luck parking in the main lot. The remodel looks AMAZING! Everything seems really clean and refreshed with wood-paneling, TVs with the newly expanded menu--the whole place looks much more modern and upgraded.
