Reno's - Menu

I prefer smaller restaurants with simpler decor, as larger ones often overlook general cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found this to be true at Reno's West.

I don't understand how someone can mess up pizza. It's really not that hard to make, yet somehow Renos managed to let me down. My fiancée and I were not impressed.

very elegant, came for the last call for a few dishes. dishes came out and glasses were not cooled so that dishes were warm, but our bartender was really nice. experience was good for the short time, I would definitely be back for another quick drink. View menu

Friendly attentive servers once noticed. Decent food. Nothing special, but good selection. WAY too expensive for beers and food. We were regulars in the early 00s and they were a little pricey then, now it's almost insulting. $6 for a small (12oz? blue moon? This isn't a stadium, it's a bar with 6 people in it at 10pm on a Saturday night.

There was an issue where the server took almost 30 minutes to come take our order. When she realized we had been sitting there she informed the manager. Our small group was so busy chatting that we hadn't really paid attention to how much time had gone by. The manager approached us, apologized, and offered us a free appetizer of our choosing. The situation was handled really well and the food was delicious.

We’ve been here for well over an hour and still have not received our food. Out of 4 drinks ordered, two have been wrong (we were charged for one of the wrong drinks). Please schedule more than 2 servers to work on Sunday evening! Our waitress is working hard, but it’s impossible for her to keep up. Update: we got our food and my husband’s burger was burnt, managed to eat half of it. We won’t be coming back for dinner; not worth $65!!! Also, super dirty. Update: Decided to give them a second chance. Service little better than first visit but only average. Happy hour liquor decent value. Two of us ordered food. Not good and way overpriced for what you got. Still one star. Original review: Service at patio bar bad. Sat 7 minutes with empty glass while bartender, severers and someone who looked like a manager were laughing talking and having a good time. It's not that I am against staff having a good time. I am against them doing it when customers need service.

Took a really long time to get our drinks. When we got them 2 of the beers were flat, one of them was a short when we ordered a tall, we asked for cherries in one of the beers and they didnt put them in there. we also asked for waters and they forgot them. When we ordered food they told us the oven wasn't working, narrowing the menu down significantly and when the food came, one of the orders was still wrong. When the checks came, I had one beer and the waitress charged me for the wrong beer. Once I got the correct check, I paid $6.50 for a flat Sam Adam's Dummer Ale that was flat.

We went around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon, didn't order drinks, maybe that was the reason for the terrible service. When we walked in there were no signs saying we needed to seat ourselves or wait, so we just sat. A minute later, our waitress shows up and takes our order and that was the last time she spoke to us without being flagged down first. We had to ask for literally everything. Refills, salt and pepper, condiments, boxes, our check. Everything. She didn't ask us once if we needed anything, and seemed to be avoiding us as she took care of every other table. I saw her constantly refilling drinks at the bar, then she'd walk straight past us and go to the kitchen without a glance our way... View menu
