"Gorgeous hotel with such fun history of being an old bank for the 1800's. We had a deluxe room and while small it was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The downstairs speakeasy was so cool with the old vault door outside. We only had a quick minute for one drink but would be a great spot for a date or late night. Tons of interesting drinks and apps. The staff was incredible. So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the Cafe was amazing too. Definitely worth booking. Totally worth the price."

the king room was a bit small, like the bathroom, but very comfortable bed linen and the location can not beat. the service was also very good, with a special thanks to antoine, which was a great help with our car and bags.

Great stay in a central location in DC. Excellent service, clean rooms with more character than the big chain hotels. Modern amenities with a boutique vibe. Breakfast at Cafe Riggs was delicious and the staff were accommodating to modifications.

My family stayed at Riggs over the July 4th weekend. We traveled with our toddler along with a bunch of luggage. Rika and Sophie really made a huge difference in helping us feel like we were actually on vacation. I’d like to recommend their restaurant. Really top notch food and service.

I couldn’t recommend the Riggs enough. Every staff member you meet is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff made sure we had the best experience. I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay and there couldn’t have been a better place. Will definitely stay again if we ever made another trip to DC!

This was a great stay in such a central part or DC. Everyone from the front desk to the doorman was helpful. If you are looking to stay in a non corporate boutique environment this is it. We were a 15 minute from the White House and 20 to the Capitol. Location was central to all the best food and attractions. Antoine was incredibly helpful and made sure our checkout was smooth and uneventful. View menu

The French-inspired restaurant provides a delightful culinary experience, offering a taste of Europe. The valets and bellhops are extremely courteous, making the arrival and departure process effortless. The hotel is conveniently located near interesting restaurants and shopping centers, making it a fast-paced yet enjoyable destination. Having visited twice, I would definitely return for another stay.

If you are looking for a clean and stylish room with excellent service and amenities, look no further. While it may not be the cheapest hotel in D.C., it is certainly the highest quality. I spent a week at the Riggs Hotel in D.C., balancing work and leisure, and everything just made sense. The concierge and staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. However, it is important to note that this is not a budget-friendly hotel.
