"After discussing Rita's Water Ice for a couple of hours, I discovered that there was a location near me thanks to Google. To my dismay, it wasn't actually that close (I’m in North Carolina). As a transplant from Philly living in the South, it can be tough when I crave a taste of home and can't find it anywhere! So, I took a two-hour drive (four hours round trip) to visit this place, and it was absolutely worth it! We not only had an enjoyable trip, but the staff was phenomenal! Even though I placed a large order for takeout and was busy, everyone remained friendly and smiling the entire time! I was able to bring my kids home, and they were overjoyed to have their favorites again. Keep up the amazing work!"

Loveeeeee this place! Never had a bad experience here. The owner staff are great and they really get to know their customers. There's always good variety, they have great weekly specials. Best place in Florence for frozen treats!

Rita's Blendiritas are absolutely amazing! I adore the sweet flavors—while the fruit options are great too, my top picks so far are s'mores, iced coffee, and vanilla. When paired with the twist custard and Heath bar, it forms an incredible dessert. I'm totally addicted!
