"I 'm not sure what continuously made me want to avoid Rong Bien Restaurant but I am deeply ashamed by all the times I shot my man down whenever he brought up the idea of dining here. While there are a number of delicious neighboring eateries, I find Rong Bien to be easily overlooked and that truly is a shame. The restaurant is quite beautiful, granted the entire place was decked out in an abundance of Lunar New Year decor. The established not only looked clean, it also smelled clean. With that being said, some may find the scent of clean to be a bit overpowering but I was pleasantly surprised because it was very apparent that corners were not being cut when it comes down to sanitizing. The seating is spaced out and all of the booths come equipped with clear plastic dividers. RB 's menu is quite extensive and could easily be a bit overwhelming to someone who isn 't too familiar with Vietnamese cuisine but management does a really good job at clearly labeling items typically served as appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialty items, and they even offer pre-set family meals. Breakfast for us consisted of: Mi Dac Biet Kho- House Specialty Egg Noodles (dry) Hu Tieu Mi Nam Vang Kho- Combination Rice Egg Phnom Penh Noodles (dry) Chen Trung Cut- Side order of Quail Eggs Cam Vat Khong Da- Fresh squeezed OJ (hold the ice for an slight upcharge) Food: Both noodle dishes were delicious and the herb provided were fresh. Noodles were not overcooked and the amount of food provided was not skimpy. Bonus points because the bowls of soup on the side were plentiful and contained delicious bones that contained marrow-YUM!!! $4 additional bucks well spent for the side order of quail eggs. Not only were they large in size but that too contained a generous portion. Condiments provided tableside allows for patrons to customize their dishes according to their liking. FYI: don 't sleep on RB 's house special sauce, that stuff is liquid gold. 5/5 Stars. Food is absolutely delicious, items are fairly priced and large portions are provided compared to other noodle joints who sell the same item. I look forward to coming back and trying out other dishes RB has to offer. I 'M A FAN!!"

Not sure if the price justifies the food whether it's portion or quality. Service is good especially towards elders.

This might be the best Hu Tieu Kho Dai in Viet Town. The Nuoi Bo Lu Lac and Fried Calamari heads are also outstanding. Highly recommended!

This is the best spot for a Vietnamese family dinner! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional and very polite. The lobster was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. It's a fantastic place for families, and I will definitely return! View menu

This restaurant has a typical Vietnamese atmosphere, but it's cleaner than many others. However, the food is anything but ordinary. If you're interested in experiencing traditional Vietnamese home-cooked meals that families enjoy together, this place is a much better choice than Nga Trang.

Very popular restaurant located on the right side of the main entrance of Grand Century Mall. The outdoor seating is spacious and the inside has many tables. Every table was full by noon. Bun Thit Nuong (Grilled pork with vermicelli) Egg rolls were bad but everything else was good. Stir fried vegetables Healthy, warm, savory, and comforting. Fried tofu Right amount of crisp, bite sized, and easy to lose count of how many were eaten.

If you step inside, you'll be greeted warmly and seated promptly. There’s a plastic barrier for safety, ensuring a comfortable dining experience for everyone. The menu has a limited selection for breakfast and lunch, but the dinner section is quite extensive. I ordered Stir-Fried Whelks in Tamarind sauce, a softshell crab basket with butter, and two pieces of Roti Quail. The taste brought back fond memories from my childhood. I highly recommend this place—definitely 11/10! View menu

A great Vietnamese lunch spot in the center of the Little Saigon area. Service here was fine nothing out of the ordinary for a viet restaurant. The portions are really good, and the side soup came with meat, which is something I don’t typically see when ordering a noodle/rice meat plate. They also had very good calamari, and had very classic tasting Vietnamese iced coffee. Lots of seating available, and doesn’t seem to get too busy. Good spot to dine in for Viet food overall.

Rong biển is a Vietnamese restaurant in Grand century mall. Most of the time I came here for lunch I ordered the Mì khô đặc biệt- special combo yellow dry noodles with separate soup it was tasty . They have the special sauce for the Hủ tiếu mì on the table used for make it more tasty The menu has many options for lunch and dinner. The lobster with a special sauce and the Lẫu đồ biển- Seafood hot pot were delicious you should try it. It is a popular place for lunch and dinner with friends or family members. Overall good food and service was friendly.
