"I am still in absolute shock at the lack of customer service Veronica the “manager on duty” had towards me. I placed my order online at 520pm and I called at 650pm to find out a status on my order. I was told it would be another 30 minutes cause they only had one delivery driver on duty tonight. I expressed my concerns about having to wait an hour past the time the online system said it would take. The manager Veronica got on the phone, she was completely rude and disrespectful on so many levels. She had a bad attitude and when I gave her my attitude back she had the nerve to hang up on me. I called back and she was even more disrespectful towards me, she even made comments that she doesn’t need to hear me complain about it taking them over two hours yo get me my order. The owner should me completely embarrassed with this manager’s professionalism towards paying customers. I will never order from this location again and we usually order weekly, we even just hosted my sons soccer party at this location but after the way I was treated tonight I’ll gladly take my money to a company that will appreciate it. Veronica knows nothing at all about customer service or de-escalating an upset customer. She needs serious training and out of the customer service industry."

The pizza taste great!! The salad bar is fantastic and the staff is very friendly!! Cost more than StrawHat or Pizza Guys, but I am really enjoying the new Round Table in Yuba City!!! Winner Winner.... Pizza dinner...

The restaurant features a friendly and knowledgeable staff, multiple TVs, and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. They offer a great variety of pizzas, appetizers, and a salad bar. There's a spacious parking lot and mini arcade games available. Additionally, there's a large area for parties and more amenities to enjoy.

The only reason I didn't give this place a one-star rating is that the manager promptly issued a hassle-free refund. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was deserving of just one star. To start, there was a large hair on our pizza, which is unacceptable. Moreover, it was poorly made. I've had Round Table before and eat out regularly, but I've never encountered a dish with such an overwhelming amount of garlic. There was more garlic than sauce or cheese, making it nearly impossible to taste anything else. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy, so that's not a valid excuse for the quality. Alyssa and Ally run a fantastic operation here; their team seems happy, and it reflects in the quality of the food served! Like every restaurant in town, RT had to raise its prices recently, but they’re the only place that has improved the quality alongside that increase. I was there yesterday, and Alyssa (the manager) made me a chicken sandwich that was almost perfect—I wish I had room for three more because it was that good! The pizza buffet was well-stocked with a variety of fresh pizzas, and the management was clearly on top of things. Having previously managed a pizza place myself, I can appreciate a well-run operation, and they consistently had fresh pizzas available and rotated them frequently. The salad bar was also tidy and well-stocked. They serve Pepsi products with about nine different options, as well as freshly brewed iced tea, which deserves an extra star from me.
