"I enjoyed my first two visits in this restaurant immens, was once for tee and once for dinner here. I was worried to share the experience with some friends recently. the scorching is still very good, and the teesandwiches await them at most tee houses. it's extraordinary to have prepared a hot chicken dish, but this time that was a disappointment. there was a lot of fat on at least two of the portions. In addition, there was called chicken paprikash, but there was no sose. it was just a baked chicken breast with a lot of paprika sprinkled. the ambiente here is always charming to take with much and enjoy. before leaving we used the toilet room. oh my! we were the first group there at 11:00 on Thursday. on the last day the restaurant would have been opened, was the last Tuesday. So, two days to clean the toilet room before it opened on Thursday. the müll could be filled up with used paper towels. the toilet was dirty. talk about a knock. it was really bad. it made every one of us feel like we didn't even want to use the toilet room, but they know how it is when they have to go. since I was the one who brought the other three people for their first experience here, I felt embarrassing. on the positive side our waitress was very helpful, and the cook allowed us to go to the church to have a look around and also open the gift shop so that we could do a little shopping. I am indecisive if I want to return after this visit."

I really don't know how anyone can give the Royal Eagle anything less than 5 stars! The food is remarkable the service is great. Ok, they served the Borscht how instead of cold (I prefer cold), but it was still excellent. The high tea is a seven course meal....all excellent.

Food not wonderful shrimp overcooked cold in shell with bottled cocktail sauce, soup not very Russian and insipid flavor, sorbert excellent, rack of lamb with pistachio crust was ordered rare and was served rare with burnt crust, strawberry Romanoff was served with quartered berries whipped cream and a bit of custard! For $75. and 20. tip I was disappointed. View menu

This restaurant is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I want to go to a good meal, this place comes straight to my mind. Great and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.generous crew, and pleasant ambience. In addition to that, the tariff is decent. I tell about this spot with pleasure.

If you're looking for good food, ambiance and a unique restaurant try the Royal Eagle. Its run by a monastery, the chef is of Russian descent and each 5 course meal is a donation of 75 00. All servers and hosts are volunteers. The area, which is quite long, has gardens throughout. The restaurant, a former garage, is small but very cozy. A reservation must be made and a dress code, detailed on the website, should be adhered to. Nothing overly fancy though.

This is the sort of place you need to visit. It's a huge complex, in as old school of a Russian style as you can imagine, in the middle of a residential street. Once you are inside the grounds, it's gorgeous. That alone is worth a trip, but the whole thing is funded by the best fine dining on the east side. When we went in fall 2019, there was a charming cat with a limp on the grounds. They were in the process of finding it a home, but I think it really fit in well there. Food was excellent. Every course amazed us.The whole thing is run by a strict, but personable woman who is as animated as the location itself..I can't say enough lovely things about this place. It's worth a visit. the dinge started very well. beautiful amuse bouche, table of several sharing several very good appetizers and then it went south – the kitchen must have been overwhelmed. significant (more than 30 minutes) gap between appetizers and every confirmation that netzen even close to the finish. the mains, when they were served, seemed to have been among the lights – fish courses had a little dried out, sawn sauce began to separate. for the money, the form (fine) of eating, and the fact that they have been doing this for a long time, I would have expected the service much smoother and coordinated. the restaurant allows to bring her own wein (only wein) and our way through our delivery of champagne...

Even though we had lived just a short 40 min away , this monestaray tucked away is something most will not easily stumble upon. It is not meant to be a tourist attraction , kept to a higher level of respect for truly what it is , a monestaray. However it is one that welcomes guests certain days of the week for Prayer, and certain days of the week to enjoy a special high tea 2 hours or a longer dinner meal in the evening 5 hours). Absolutely a peaceful , comfortable , unique gourmet dining experience , in a quiet neighborhood ,surrounded by beautiful gardens . The Staff volunteer) was lovely , and Natasha added to our experience , with the interesting information she shared with us, and made...
