"This place used to be fantastic, but my recent visit was disappointing. The new teenage girl who worked there was quite rude. If she doesn't enjoy her job, she might want to consider a different one, like washing dishes at the batter's box. Each time I ordered food, she snatched the money from me. I politely told her what I wanted and even asked how her day was, but she just rolled her eyes in response. This behavior is completely unacceptable!"

I really enjoy bringing my daughter here for a meal. They offer delicious milkshakes, and you can get toppings like Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers. The garlic knots are amazing, and the bruschetta is also excellent.

This was my first experience ordering from Russo's. I got a California Chicken Cheesesteak, a turkey wrap, a kids cheeseburger, kids chicken strips, and two cannolis. The food was fantastic! The chicken cheesesteak was the best I've had in a long time. My 2-year-old also enjoyed his meal. The man who took my order over the phone was very friendly, and the delivery driver was incredibly nice. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
