Amazing food, clean environment and friendly staff. Ban Mi sandwiches are the best. Garlic noodles with pork and their sauce is one of my favorites.

DELICIOUS! The portion sizes are perfect, and the food is packed with flavor. It's the ideal lunch bowl. I only wish they were open for dinner! I highly recommend it!

This is, without a doubt, the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever tried. I typically don’t enjoy Vietnamese cuisine (or noodles), but I truly love this place. The food is incredible, particularly the garlic noodles, pork belly, and their drinks. I've even ordered their food for catering at potlucks and parties, and it consistently receives rave reviews.

Saiga distinguishes itself with exceptional food quality; the flavors, ingredients, and presentation are all outstanding. The service is top-notch as well; the staff genuinely cares about your experience and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best time possible. I highly recommend it! I usually order the Belly Bowl and the Banh Mi, but everything on the menu is delicious and reasonably priced.

I've dined here three times in the past week, and I must say that Saiga has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. Usually, I go for the grilled pork Banh Mi, but this week I tried their tofu, and it’s honestly some of the BEST tofu I've ever had at a restaurant. The flavor of the breading is amazing! The tofu banh mi was pretty good. The cookie was fresh, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The service was okay, but this place accepts only credit cards, no cash. The place is really really tiny, not enough places to sit and enjoy the meal. The folding chairs were very uncomfortable, and the one I sat on was literally leaning against the refrigerator sliding door. Maybe some seat cushions would be a plus? But still, that doesn't solve the tiny interior. It was too cold and windy to sit outside...

The food is always made to order and tastes fresh. There are great healthy options, and portion size is perfect. One of my go tos if I didn't pack lunch for work. Recommended for convenience and taste.The location doesn't have a lot of seating options, as it's mainly just a kitchen, so I recommend ordering ahead of time and picking it up. One highlight is the CRISPY PORK BELLY BANH MI (Vietnamese sandwich), featuring pork belly that’s marinated to perfection—not too salty, with wonderfully crispy skin. The KIMCHI FRIED RICE, served with crispy pork belly and a medium omelet, is their most popular dish. This bowl is incredibly satisfying; the fried rice is rich and aromatic, infused with a buttery flavor, while the kimchi adds depth without overwhelming sourness. The pairing of fried rice and crispy pork belly is perfection, and even though I was full, I found myself wanting another bowl!
