"We discovered this hidden gem two summers ago when looking for the site where our favorite band was performing. Sam's is mostly populated with older locals..and the place looks like it hasn't changed since the 50s…but the lemon pepper broiled fish is the BEST around, and the ravioli is the best I've ever eaten. Staff is friendly and efficient and prices are very good. It may be a bit of a drive, but you won't be disappointed with the menu. Highly recommended."

I've been going to Sam's diner about 40 years and never had a bad meal. Breakfast lunch or dinner. Everyone that works there is great. Love the service.

The restaurant is not in good condition. I advise caution when visiting, as they leave food exposed, allowing it to be contaminated by passerby sneezes and other elements. View menu

A great little hometown dinner. Everything feels/tastes like it's been made that way for years. The food is good and a great bargain. The service is just like the coffee, nice and warm this a caffeinated kick.

We love it here! Its typically our every Sunday am breakfast date…my husband from the South particulary lives sausage biscuits and gravy and says for this area they are the closest to authentic Southern biscuits and gravy.
