Sava's - Menu

I had a fantastic dinner with a client and the Christmas decorations were stunning. Great job by Sava!

We visited our son on his recommendation. Wehad Burger, the very good and very resonable price. The service was excellent. Overall we were very happy with our dinner.

We had a fantastic waiter and everything about the brunch was delicious and fun. Our waiter is a natural talent with people and a real asset for our waiter is a natural valley with people and a real fortune of Sava. The tree is beautiful! View menu

We made a reservation on Open Table and were seated promptly, but later realized we had three additional guests joining for dinner. We informed the hostess and she was able to accommodate us. Thank you for being so helpful and making our special celebration a success!

Food was ok this time, but it has been better. Our waitress went awol for a bit so service wasn’t good. I had hoped Mac and cheese would have been better but it was very average. I’d think twice before going there again, especially with so many options to choose from.

I have been to savas many times. Sadly, this time was very disappointing. Our waiter told us that they are upgrading their menu. This was disappointing because there was not many options on the menu that they had. I ordered a sandwich and when it came out, it looked like an appetizer. It was very small. I was disappointed because I use to love coming to savas for a good meal but this time wasn’t it. I hope when the upgraded menus come out, I will be willing to go back but for right now, I’m not planning on going back. View menu

I’ve been going to Sava’s for the last five years when I visit Ann Arbor and had always enjoyed the menu and he food. On my last visit it seemed the menu had been downgraded and was not the same restaurant I had visited before. Coming from New York City I was always confident that Savas would provide an excellent meal (and a gluten sensitive one, since my son has Celiac disease). On this visit I felt it was an entirely different resteraunt it had gone from a 5 star to a two as far as the food goes. Service was, as always wonderful.

We went for lunch on a Sunday early afternoon before a show at the Michigan Theater. Luckily we made a reservation in advance as they were quite busy. Very friendly staff greeted us at the hostess stand, and our server was just delightful, very friendly and accommodating. All three of us had to decide between several options that all sounded wonderful. As busy as they were, we were finished in plenty of time to make our show on time. I would definitely go back (to try some of the things we didn't order! , and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sava's to friends.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Throughout the entire meal, there were gnats and fruit flies flying around, landing in our food and drinks. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she brushed it off and attributed it to the changing weather, claiming that other restaurants were having the same issue. On top of this, the sandwiches, priced at $12-16, did not come with any sides included. Instead, you had to purchase sides for an additional $5-7. Both sandwiches we ordered were mediocre at best and did not impress us. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant. View menu
