The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I would definitely come back and highly recommend that you give this place a try!

The customer service was terrible. You can find better options at other Venezuelan restaurants. The food was just okay, but the natural juice had little to no natural ingredients and was overly sweet.

The prices are a bit high for what you get. They charge extra for refills, and they tend to put too much ice in drinks. The food has decent flavor, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re very hungry; it’s just not worth the money. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, there were no food or drink options for children at all. I ordered kingfish, but it wasn't available. Instead, I ordered churrasco, and they served me ribeye but still charged me for the churrasco. I also requested fries, but they were unavailable as well. To top it all off, there were only two full tables on a Saturday afternoon at 3 PM.

I felt like I was back in Maracaibo with tequenos and arepas! This is the real deal and so tasty! The owner is from Maracaibo and the food is authentic! Want to come back and experience some lomo and yucca Fritas! They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays I bet that would be a blast and fun dancing! The music that was being played made me feel like I was on Cinco de Julio during La Chiñta! Forgot to check if they have Polar beer, but I’m guessing they do!

I gave this place 1 star because there wasn’t an option for -100. The restaurant looks great, but as soon as my husband and I walked in, everyone stared at us like we were aliens. The service was terrible; no one spoke to us! The music was enjoyable, but it only made us feel more out of place. It seemed like they only acknowledged people who were part of a big group. My wife and I dined here for the first time tonight. I ordered the steak churrasco, and she chose the lomo negro. Both dishes were served with rice and fried plantains; mine also came with black beans, while hers included a potato salad. We were both very pleased with our meals. She especially enjoyed my black beans (she has a habit of stealing bites from my plate!). The restaurant is clean, quick, and delicious. Plus, it's conveniently located near our home. We'll definitely be back, and if the food is just as good next time, we might make it a regular spot. It's a nice little restaurant!

Food was okay. Waiter was very nice and attentive. They don’t have a variety of options to choose from (only 2 pages of the menu). I don’t like it how they charge you extra for a to go box (50 cents). No other restaurant charges a box to go. Like come on? Really? Also they charge extra for each refill for “Parchita” for a speciality fruit drink. I have been to some really highly rated Venezuela restaurants that are way better than this one.I only came to this one to try something new.
