The Shack sauce is absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious!

The 50/50 lemonade tasted like cough syrup—really awful. Avoid the flavored drinks! Everything else was excellent.

Beautiful atmosphere love the decor of the place. Reminds me of being back home in Central Park. Love the options of ordering your food. Also the options on the menu serve everyone. From vegetarian to meat eaters everyone has a selection. Love my timethere will go back again.

The burger had a metallic taste, almost like I was eating a burger made of metal. I was really let down that they didn't have the original Shake Shack cheese sauce. I was beyond disappointed. When I visited New York this week, I enjoyed an authentic Shake Shack burger with fries and cheese, and it was so much better.

We tried the vegetarian mushroom burger and the Smoke Shack burger, along with a half lemonade half tea and a Shake Shack beer. Everything was excellent. For a fast food restaurant, I was impressed by the high quality of the food, the friendly service, and the cleanliness of the location. Definitely a solid five-star experience. View menu

I didn't receive the correct order and two items were missing. However, the french fries were excellent, as were the malted shakes. Unfortunately, the avocado hamburger was cold, and the patties were charred. This was my first experience with Shake Shack meals, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was really looking forward to it because I've heard so much about them. I plan to order again to see if the service improves.

I'm giving 5 stars straight off the bat just for the ridiculously good customer service. The people that work here are so nice and kind. The food was good, but I think it's on the expensive side for the size of the burger but I believe it's Angus beefraised with no antibiotics, so you gotta pay for that. I wouldn't get a burger again for the price but the shake was deliciousand would definitely get it another time. Also, I found this place to be very modern compared to other burger joints and I lovethat!

Update: I had originally left a bad review at this location because the food had tasted terrible. The following day, the Shake Shack Managment team reached out to me made things right. They give a majority of my money back as store credit and asked ifthey could win back my business by trying it again with improvements. So we went back and they did just that.
