"Everything was excellent. My brother and sister-in-law both got fish-and-chips and my brother had clam chowder and I had a crispy Phoenix Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. Next time, I am definitely trying the deep fried mushrooms. The woman working there who I assume is the owner, was very nice and patient while we were trying to navigate the menu."

"Yummy lil breakfast/lunch nook, with classic comfort food on the menu. Servers are super friendly and attentive, and the bar side is never overly rowdy that I've seen. By far the best environment around for my kiddo who tend to be difficult-the servers always interact with my kiddo a lot-making our experience super pleasant and definitely why we are repeat customers. "I ordered food, and when the lady asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no. I didn't think I was gonna return food. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and it was cold. I took it back and told a different lady. I just want my money back. She said OK then a 10 minute argument went back and forth about how they can't do returns without a receipt and how the other lady probly threw away the receipt cause I didn't think I was going to get my food cold 25 min later. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She looked like she was in her early 20s and, after this event, was not ready to be a manager. She told me to come back when another manager is present to help me. Mind you this off the freeway in the middle of nowhere. Most customers, like me, are just passing, though. I could see the stress in her face cause she didn't know what to do. So she walked away. At this point I was tired of arguing and I got on the phone with my wife to let her know what was going on and as soon as she said hello, the lady that took my order came out from behind the wall that was 5 feet away and ask me what I wanted and I said I just want my money back. She looked up the order on the computer and said your order was $14.07, so she handed me cash and change, and I put it in my pocket. I didn't even count it. I walked out frustrated and just wanted to continue on my journey (home, to Portland). When I went to empty my pockets before I took my pants off, I noticed there was only $13.07 in my pocket. All of this happened on 5-1-24 around 2-2:30pm"

"They messed up my order by forgetting food and then upon closer inspection it wasn't even my order that was given too me. While waiting for my order to be fixed another person came in with the wrong order and then someone that ordered at the counter wasgiven an empty happy meal box. When he asked about it they looked at him like he was crazy."

"I called in an order. After order made, I Asked for an estimated time, she couldn 't tell me and changed subject. About Twenty-Five or so minutes from call, I asked to sit inside to wait w my young neice, (we had a few minutes to wait and we were sitting in the car for about 10 or so in the 80 degree weather...she looked at the 6 tables and said No, could you wait in your car. I asked if she could check on my order, and could let me know how much longer, I also asked a time frame over phone and she interrupted, cut me off, and said we will call you when it 's ready. Walked back to pay, wanted to ask for water but was not happy w treatment w both servers. I also asked the man who called me while I was in parking lot, and I asked for 2 sauces for my fries and he wrote on ticket $2.00 each yikes $4dollars added to my (2) $12 sandwich for a 4 small containers total for ranch and goop on a to go order. I kindly said no thank you. Also Watch when your over charged folks. Sorry no tip today. All and all I do recommend their great tasting Philly. Customer Service made this a 3 star. Sorry. I will give it a try another day. Hope this helps review helps to improve experiences for other out of towners."
