"Walking through downtown one day I saw Skalka, and my Spidey sense went off. I had a feeling it was going to be delicious. So I made a point to come back and try it. Boy, I was not wrong! Being my first intro to Georgian bakery food, I 'm afraid they may be setting the bar too high. The Stroganoff I got was extremely tasty and rich. There 's not a lot to pick from, but they do those few types of dish extremely well. The only reason this wasn 't a 5 star experience for me was because of their strictly self-service mode of operation now. No one taking orders, answering questions, no owner to meet. Call me old fashioned, digging that personal connection, but I 'd rather engage with people any day over order like that. Just a kiosk, and a place to pick up your food when it 's ready. The whole vibe of that just feels entirely unwelcoming. The actual building space where you eat was a nice cafe style, though! So if you 're looking for a tasty and unique experience that has quite rich food, make sure to give Skalka a shot!"

Very nice georgian bread boats (Khachapuri)All five options are real good but the original remains the top (egg and cheese/Adjaruli)

The self-ordering kiosk was disappointing because stroganoff wasn't available. However, the food is fantastic, and the portions are generous enough to really satisfy you!

Delicious food. The main dishes can easily feed two people. They don’t seem to serve dumplings anymore. Theres limited seating and it’s usually busy so be prepared to wait.

This place is ridiculously good. I was fiending for every bite. I always love finding something new and out of the norm that's actually tasty, and this place shattered all expectation. View menu

This is a fantastic spot for an authentic Khachapuri with a unique twist. The portions are generous, making them perfect for sharing between two people. The atmosphere is spacious, bright, and has a lively vibe.

This place is delicious ???? I am a huge fan Stroganoff. It is delicious but they all are. Their drink selection is not as extensive but they have Juice and coffee ???? Wait time is not bad since you self order. There are limited tables ???? theyhave bathrooms ????? no parking, so you need to street park

These heavenly masterpieces are made fresh to order and are consistently delicious every time. They take a few minutes for bake in the back (the wait is well worth it). They are large enough to share but I have eaten one all to myself and surprisingly, Idid not feel overly full. My favorite is the Beef Stroganoff Skalka which equals 100% pure comfort. The atmosphere is clean andsimple with counter service and self-seating. View menu

Skalka earned all the stars! The food was delicious. Food and beverage was easy to order with a self-service kiosk. Additional service wasn’t necessary, but available if needed. The atmosphere was especially pleasant during the afternoon. The tall ceilings and soft tones made it a great place to wind down after walking around Seattle. The menu was limited but direct. I ordered the Chicken Khachapuri and my only disappointment was not being able to try the others.

Alright so the food is amazing here. Consistently amazing. Especially the vegetarian one is my absolute favorite. Make sure to watch how to eat Khachapuri because proper way of eating makes it most delicious and fun. Last two times I went, the staff werepretty rude. You don't have to interact with them because ordering is online but when I was waiting for my order (and I wasn'tearly, the food was just late , they would just stare at me, and made me feel unwelcome. It wasn't anything specific so maybe itwas just my imagination :
