"Got there today at 7:53, waited in line for 7 minutes to order. As we were about to speak our order, a lady from kitchen yells “grills off.” So I could no longer order a simple hamburger. That is a shame, you should at least allow the people who waited in line to order food. Or you should have signs clearly stating such. I am glad you are having good business, but you shouldn’t penalize someone who got there in time, when you close at 9PM. Not good service."

"Had delivered. Advise not to as once you receive the food, you have absolutely no recourse. Ordered 2 spaghetti n meatballs. Extra sauce. The orders had little sauce and did not receive extra sauce as ordered. Ergo, spaghetti was not edible as it was already luke warm at best. Salad was romaine lettuce only, which we were not told. Please note, I have been ordering there for years with little issues. I called, was royally ticked off as ot was already 9pm and I had not eaten yet. Offered to take pictures to prove my statements and was refused. Food was inedible and offered to return all of it upon the morrow. Refused again. Was offered 5 discount for a 51 meal that was inedible. Told to buy a jar of sauce. Redners is less than 5 minutes away. Had I wanted, I could have saved a lot of by just buying jar sauce and noodles to begin with. Being angry, I let slip You fuc*ed it up. after such feeble and ineffective attempts to rectify out of pure rage. Seems i offended her delicate sensibilities by using said term once by mistake and was then most rudely spoken to. Most people hear said word daily, admit it. And I was not in the wrong, had I had the chance, would have apologized. Was most rude person I have ever spoken to there. Typically, for decades, never had a problem that was not rectified immediately, politely and to my satisfaction. Must have been a bad day for her. My brother and I ended up with a can of beeferoni and out of a 51 inedible meal. Should have gone to Redners. Typically, never had such a bad and expensive dealing with them. Terribly let down and frustrated especially with lack of caring by establishment. Frankly, amazed at the way I was treated after repeating that I knew it was not her fault but she was the only one I could convey my frustration to with no recourse save a whole 5 off a 51 meal we could not eat. Despite offering to both take pictures and forward immediately plus send entire meal back upon the morrow. Neither was acceptable. I ordered a plain pan of lasagna for tomorrow for 85 a pan which i am now torn about receipt in fear of something of the like happening again. Totally advise eat in and check food promptly upon receipt. Still returning full meal come the morrow and already took images of food which are both timed and dated. Will repost if establishment takes responsibility. Was told I would receive a call tomorrow and waiting to see if and how it goes. Consider myself out of 51, treated most rudely from somebody who should be used to dealing with people instead of dismissed by hanging up on me instead of at least acting as if one cared instead of passing blame and giving the customer attitude before being spoken to once again rudely before being told they are closed then hung up on. Typically a restaurant would be more customer oriented. It is your job. Again, for prices, one would think you are paying for a correct meal and positive customer service. I would attach declined photos here had I known I could. Again, will revise review depending upon if I am even contacted. Now am going to ever so enjoy my can of beefaroni. Thank you for such a pleasant experience La Dolce Casa. Will be sure to social media around this review everywhere possible depending upon how my most displeasing and expensive inedible meal is rectified. I am all for second chances and to the ever so pleasant phone answered, sorry your shift was over, my issues were in no way your problem and by slipping once and offending your obviously most delicate sensibilities by slipping once and using the oh so most vile terminology, the word fu*k , once out of pure frustration at your lack of caring and inability to interact with an unhappy customer . I ordered correctly and it was summarily screwed up with no responsibility save a whole 5 off. Review subject to revision as I stated as in all the years never had an issue with an order being so summarily blown off in a customer oriented industry. I apologize in advance to those who have always been polite, kind and treated mistakes fairly and promptly. Ever most sincerely Judy (I most decidedly forgot or was too polite to go into more detail, just an FYI."

"Don’t ever call state something you ordered is missing. I’ve never left a review for anything before but after hearing the screaming match my wife was having with a grown man I had no choice. My wife ordered chicken fingers and for the second time in 2 weeks they sent a cup with red sauce instead of the ranch she orders. I was sitting right next to her when she ordered and was put on hold several times for them to take other calls. She did not call last week but after the second time this week she called to ask how to prevent this from happening in the future. The girl she was speaking with offered to send out a cup and my wife said “no that’s ok don’t waste the gas for ranch I just want to know how to prevent this from happening in the future as we order every week and this is the second time,” to which a guy got on the phone and started being nasty with her. He was screaming at her calling her a liar and saying she didn’t order the ranch the girl said she didn’t. We don’t even blame the girl she was overrun with calls it was easy to make the mistake. My wife tried to yell over him to say we order every week and we always order ranch. Last week it was on the receipt and we still got the red sauce, that is supposedly bbq and he again yelled you did not order it the girl said you didn’t. Why would anyone order chicken fingers and not pick a sauce? 9/10 they have a sauce preference. He then said let us just bring you a cup to which my wife said absolutely not because we would not take anything from them after the way she was spoken to. To which he proceeded to nastily yell that the customer is always right even when their wrong. And she just kept repeating I was being nice I didn’t want the driver to lose gas money because it wasn’t his fault she just wanted to know how to fix it for the future. It’s really sad that we live a mile away and now will never give them our money again. A man should never nastily yell at a woman that way, first of all, but to yell at a repeating customer over a cup of ranch is crazy. We pay a $3.50 delivery charge and still tip the driver $6.00 everytime because even though a mile away we couldn’t go grab it like we usually do and it’s convience for us to have it delivered. The driver should not have to waste gas for a cup of ranch but twice happening isn’t ok either. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever heard for someone being so nice and not yelling because they were missing something. They lost a loyal customer and that’s on them but if you need to call about something missing have your husband or a male call because they way he spoke to a woman was disgusting. We will gladly give our money to one of the several other local pizza shops, I will never allow my wife to give this horrible place another dime of our money."
