Sno Dreamz - Menu

I visit this restaurant occasionally, and I've always experienced good service. The snow cones are consistently excellent. I intend to go more frequently in the future.

Normally service is great but today was bad. I brought my 2 grandson's and they served the 6 people that were behind us before we got part of our order which was 3 snowcones and 1frito pie and 1 cheeto pie. People stared walking out over 30 min wait. Sad

This place is absolutely BANGING. The service. The food. The snow balls. All absolutely fantastic. The staff was so nice and friendly, they have great options for flavors, and their boudin is incredible. As a Louisiana native this place definitely passes the test View menu

Whenever I'm in the mood for a snow cone, Sno Dreamz is always my top choice! Their snow cones are consistently fantastic. I usually order the Blue Coconut with cream both inside and on top. It's a Black-owned business, and the beautiful artwork on the walls adds to the charm. A must-try!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is a bit slow, but that's only because they really pay attention to every detail. The flavors and toppings are incredible, and they never hold back on the flavor syrups. It's a fantastic spot for families, and there's a beautiful mural painted inside that reflects the neighborhood.

Service is horrible. If you close early, one would expect you to open on time. The owner is awesome but she has the hardest time finding dependable friendly employees. If I show up before closing (7:52), one would expect the staff to serve customers right? This ABSOLUTELY did not happen. Such a sad situation. Being a VERY frequent customer doesn't matter, I guess. At this location all of the young ladies and I mean all of them their attitudes are stank. I’ve been noticing for the past few weeks I’ve came the customer service and attitudes have just been getting poorly. I literally come once a week, and every week I come nothing but attitudes. I wasn’t gone write a review, but it’s just been too consistent and I come here a lot.

I came here with my sister on 4/13 and 4/14. It was my first time here on the 13th. I personally thought the service was good that day and the sno cones was really good, so good that I wanted to come back the next day. So me and my sister came back the next day and we were greeted with a very nasty attitude. We were rushed through our order and she gave two little napkins, I ask for a lot more because it was a lot of juice dripping everywhere, she gave one more little napkin and say “excuse me, excuse me insuating for me to get out the way, I thought she was talking to somebody else, so I asked again and she said “okay can you please move” and I was so in disbelief because she wasn’t even do...
