I do regret not ordering their renowned pizza, as it seems to be their specialty and what they are known for. Perhaps opting for their pizza would have resulted in a more satisfying meal. It is worth noting that the disappointment with the spaghetti does not necessarily reflect the quality of their pizza offerings, which may be worth exploring. The service at Celestino's NY Pizza was average. The staff was polite, but there was nothing particularly exceptional or memorable about the service experience. "This place is golden. I was excited to try this place. There was a lunch that, in my opinion, is a good sign. They were underused and the servers coughed. They are really thrilled while they do not sacrifice the quality. I even saw a server send something back before I took the court to the screen because it wasn't right. This is the quality control they need to consider. I saw them working for about 15 minutes while I was on my sandwich and I was very impressed with everything. You know what they do and it was obvious that the stress did not come to them. The food was perfect and the ingredients used... Incredibly fresh. I'm looking forward to going back."

"Terrible service. We were there for 2 hours. Just 4 of us. Maybe our waiter forgot to put our order in. When the food finally came two dishes were cold and two piping hot. Maybe a kitchen mistake. The flavor was mediocre. Steak and taters too salty and cold. And the waiter was wierd and aloof. When he brought the second beer he didnt even take the empty glass. My other empty cocktail glass stayed through the whole dinner. Too bad. I want to like this place. I think it might be best for drinks and happy hour."

"My wife and I chose this restaurant to cater our wedding, and although the food was good, the way the owner treated us was unacceptable. We encountered multiple issues with him, even during our wedding, causing a lot of stress. We should have seen these early signs as a warning. I advise staying away from this place if you need a caterer. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, often changing the terms of the original agreement. There are definitely better options available. If we had known then what we know now, we would have paid more for a different caterer."

"The food is five stars, and I'll probably eat again here. I have to order differently, because the cook and the waiting staff do not meet. I've eaten several times here. Every time there was a togo folder. The food here was excellent every time. I like the way they do their lemon chicken. Lemon Huhn may be my favorite Chinese dish. So I was excited to find a place that did it well and did it as I liked it. The last couple of times I asked for no onions in my chow, the vegetable dish or wherever it could be taken out. I also asked about him with the personal combos (I asked for no onions). There was never a problem, regardless of the fact that it was a duck or personal combo to get it without onions (I also don't like peas in fried rice, I don't like peas at all, they are just green ****). Today both the server and the boss refused to let onions from the chow and fried rice. They said they couldn't do it with the personal combo. I didn't want onions. To let them out something that would be easier unless they do not reorder every order. They have probably suggested the portions for the personal combo with the onions already in the mix, and then throw each order on the wok, and maybe they can't take off the onions. Or whatever. Find a way to get the onions out. Not everyone likes onions. Or some people could be allergic to them. I have a cheeseburger somewhere, and now I have to find a new Chinese restaurant."
