"Unfortunately didn 't work. Frisée lettuce was old and I got a pocket of horseradish in one bite. The Tourtière was actually good and had a crisp crust. Latkes were tasty, though they were more like mashed potato cakes. The roasted cabbage with black truffle at $36 was a disaster. The cabbage was pale and the truffles were completely odorless and tasteless. Maybe old, maybe fake--not sure. Well-prepared cabbage can be really good, but this was weak. It 's a nice space, although sometimes the headlights from the cars glared directly into the whole side of tables, including where we were. Speaking of cars, the valet service is $10.00 $0.75 convenience fee tip. Must use their app, which didn 't ping me a text for the first 3 times the 1 valet tried to send. Trying to call my car to leave, the app failed multiple times before it finalized the billing and eventually went through. I can see this would be really frustrating to others, especially older folks not used to dealing with this. HUGH: We appreciate your trying here, but you should definitely bail ASAP!"

I think it would have been much better if the $60 Ribeye had at least been cut. Even maple syrup with the tart made it too sweet.

Great experience at Mount Royal. We went to a steakhouse and didn’t order steak. The grilled lobster is amazing, as is the split pea soup. View menu

The mood and everything is there, but the music selection was a very bad choice. It sounded like elevator music. If you have been more alive, expand your genre selection.

Steaks were prepared to perfection, the Diane sauce was really great but not needed as the steaks were so good on their own. Poutine fries and the latkes were delicious as well. Also, don’t sleep on the table bread, it soo good!!

I wanted this to be good, but the food was just mediocre, and very expensive for what they offered. Luckily we were able to get poutine but it’s not even listed on the menu. The staff is VERY new. Also my friends drink was ROUGH. View menu

The experience started well. We had an attentive waiter and provided good recommendations for dinner. The quality of the food was excellent, but half way through the meal our waiter was no where to be seen and the level of service became disappointing.

For the first time at Hyatt Centric Buckhead. Beverages at Spaceman, dinner at Mt Royal. Spaceman's view of the skyline at sunset were nice and pleasant, although the execution of the beverage service, not so much. Unorganized, split, and 4 flustered bartender for not even a full bar and terrace. We tried to be good males with a simple order of a nice tequila, poured straight and a house margarita, but were disappointed when the margarita was down and overly sweet. On the other hand, dinner at Mt Royal was a pleasant retreat. Service was excellent and attentive, if necessary. The Martini was ideal. The food was fresh, tasteful and timed accordingly. Even the boss touched the table to inquire...

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
