"I have been addicted to this restaurant since i been here for 2 years! They have the best authentic Affordable Mexican food here in gulf breeze, fl. The other restaurants charge high prices for the same delicious food Mariachis has!. If your looking to havea quiet space, perfect food to quality then this is the restaurant! I rescind what I said as you can see in a previous reviewthe first review I was super happy about my shrimp taco but when I ordered it again they forget the shrimp tacos only giving merice and beans and chips and dip so when I got home o had no idea that they forgot my shrimp and tacos so I immediately calledtook a picture jus in case to inform them of the problem they told me to being the photo back and to come back when I did I hadto wait for it to be remade then when I looked this time it was not the onion cilantro style so I asked If it can be remadebecause that is what I ordered first the guy declined declined then I got upset and grab the bag of food anyway then anotheremployee comes out to ask why didn?t I grab the plastic bag that it is supposed to be in I simply said for what it?s not what Iordered and now they have to take him so why do I need a bag as he was recording terrible place to eat the food is not that goodthere are other professional restaurants that make people food as requested do not waste your time with this restaurant I livedown the street from them this restaurant is hardly busy nobody knot local go S here unless they are starved worst treatmentever and they?re plenty of Mexican restaurant they provide excellent service not one person came outside to help fix the orderinstead they just recorded how immature is that !!! "Hala kahiki ribs. For the uninitiated, that 's ribs glazed with a sweet pineapple sauce. And they 're surprisingly good. I am not suggesting I love them more than traditionally smoked and sauced ribs, but I was impressed by these. And they were remarkably tender, to the point that trying to pull one rib away from the rest left me with nothing but an empty rib bone in my hand. If you don 't think the pineapple glaze would be to your liking, there 's also a huli huli option that 's a traditional Hawaiian barbecue sauce. Normally my chosen dish would come with a choice of rice, along with steamed broccoli and macaroni salad. But I 've had plenty of rice lately, so I had the staff give me a double helping of mac salad instead. The audible worked out well on my part. This visit was not my first to Papa Nalu, as I had been here before, in my pre-Yelp days. The restaurant was smaller then, I believe; now it takes up two bays in a shopping center along Gulf Breeze Highway. The interior layout is a little awkward, but not in a way that detracts from the quality of the food or service. It 's certainly a casual joint, by the way. Service was stellar during my stop here. Staff had the perfect balance of remaining attentive to my needs without being a bother. I 'm no expert on Hawaiian cuisine, but Papa Nalu continues to impress me just as it did years ago, and I 'll be back again when I 'm in town."

"We ordered from the lunch menu, trying the Steak Fajitas and Sopes Azteca. It was nice to see some locals dining there as well, which is always a good sign of a restaurant's quality. The Sopes Azteca was exceptional, featuring cheese, avocado, and beans—each ingredient was distinct and fresh, without overwhelming seasoning. The Steak Fajitas were a generous portion, offering plenty of tasty ingredients to enjoy. They brought a warmth to the table that really enhanced the meal. We also tried a cup of tortilla soup and some Mexican water (Guava), both of which were delicious. Overall, we'll definitely be returning to Rio Bravo. Just make sure to come with an appetite, as the portions are quite substantial!"

"I placed an online order at 8 p.m. to pick up at 8:45 p.m. I paid with my credit card and downloaded the tracker app. When it said the food was being inspected, I left my house. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and a sign on the window said the had new hours and closed at 8 p.m. There were people inside cleaning, so I knocked on the door and had to wait a while before they came to the door. While I have understood the reason why, I wasn’t leaving until I talked with someone about getting a refund. The young girl told me I would have to call corporate I’m the morning. I asked for the managers name and phone number because I had no proof i didn’t receive my order. At that point another girl came to the door and said something rude. I asked for her name and she refused to give it. Then a young man came out with his hand held computer, located my order and said he credited it back to my account. I told him I didn’t appreciate the girls attitudes and they needed to work on customer service. I told them I wouldn’t be back because of it. The one girl said “Good.” I asked for her name again but she refused to give it. By this time, it was after 9 p.m. and I still had to find dinner for my family. We ended up at Wendy’s where the customer service went above and beyond expectations. It was also $30 less expensive. Ou"

"Another issue I encountered was with the app when trying to order the single Dave Burger for $1. Each time I selected it, the app would crash and log me out. I attempted to call Wendy's for assistance but ended up waiting on the line for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but the same problem occurred, and I lost all of my accumulated points. Overall, it wasn't an ideal experience."
