"When I finally received my two acai bowls, I found them to be mediocre at best, and the portion sizes were disappointingly small. The smoothie served in a pineapple felt a bit gimmicky, but I thought it would be a nice way to reduce plastic waste—only to discover it came in a large plastic container instead. The flavor of the 'Caribbean something' was bland and utterly forgettable. I would suggest trying other items on the menu, but I hope your experience with the staff is better than mine. Good luck!"

Star Juice is a light, colorful little oasis of juices and smoothies on Pico Boulevard. The menu offers a number of healthy drinks that should please most people's taste buds. I had the Açaí smoothie and it packed a pretty filling wallop.
