"I tried to ask a question to an employee with short curly hair and glasses, but they completely ignored me. I stayed patient and polite, but next time I may need to be more assertive to receive help. On a positive note, the second employee with long hair was very helpful. I really appreciate her taking the time to let me know my order was received and that she would prepare a new one."

As many know not all places make there drinks the same even if you order it that way all the time this Starbucks was on point to help me keep going while my son was in the hospital long term they had fast and friendly service in a clean environment

The restaurant was clearly understaffed on a busy weekend, but one employee, Shirley, stood out and performed exceptionally well. Starbucks, you can surely provide more support to hardworking employees like her during such demanding times.
