"On the other day I came to this place to try the new Sugar Cookie Latte, unfortunately they were all from the syrup that needed to make the drink, but the staff was so courteous and friendly! I was offered another of their holiday drinks as an excuse after the staff insisted that I try it for free! It was delicious and it was so generous of them to do that for me. I usually only go to Starbucks as a treat or if I feel like I'll try out one of their custom drinks. Everyone at this point seemed happy and how they enjoy their time. Great atmosphere, great staff and great drink! Thank you."

"I order a coffee from here every single day and have been for the past year. WHY? I don 't know. Not only do they drastically raise prices, and make you wait 40 minutes for a terrible coffee (literally never consistent or at all what you ask for) but the morning crew shuts off Mobile ordering EVERY SINGLE MORNING and it never comes back on until the shifts change into afternoon. It is the only Starbucks on the APP that is constantly not available for order ahead. The first few times I thought maybe they have a lot to stock.. maybe they are just busy on the inside NOPE. 9/10 times I get there and there is nothing going on inside. I think this place has gone down hill traumatically. When people have work, or other things to do it is convenient to just order ahead and have it ready for when you get there. I completely understand if they are in over their head, but I think it 's pure laziness at this point. They should spend more time hiring proper people and training them. I had to stop buying a drink I get every morning, because I 'm paying extra to get stuff in my coffee THAT NEVER MAKES IT IN THE CUP! An extra $3 for my customization which I don 't mind paying for, but when I pay for it every day and they just completely forget to put everything in there? I should stop now before I get carried away. Just go somewhere else to get coffee, chances are this place won 't last much longer."

"I have been a regular customer of Starbucks fir at least 15 years. Yesterday was National Coffee Day and I received a text that if I ordered a drink on the app I would get a free coffee the following day. So as usual I drove to Starbucks on river road Potomac Maryland and got my coffee. This morning again I drive to get my free coffee and was treated like a criminal by the only person working there at 5:40am Sarah. I showed her the promotion and the purchase of my coffee on my phone and she still said that she wasn?t aware of this and no one had told her about this promo. Now why wouldn?t a manager of a coffee shop reach out to find out what the promotions are on a National Coffee Day??? How is it that you enjoy being called the manager but then you are so clueless of what your company is offering to it?s customers and furthermore how can you allow yourself to be rude with a customer who knows better than you the manager about promotions offered by the company that you work for. I was so upset when I left the store that I had to sit in my car fir ten minutes to calm down. I wanted to tell her something in front of the other 5 customers but I decided to leave her with some dignity. Please Sarah be more active and learn about promotions that Starbucks offers so you don?t like like an idiot in front of the customers."

"I frequent this Starbucks when I am in Jackson because the baristas are fun, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.I visited on Monday Feb 12th 2024 and was beyond IMPRESSED with Nick in the drive thru!!! I am shifting from coffee to tea and had many questions. Nick was pleasant and EXTREMELY patient with me. She explained the difference between the tea flavors and the sweeteners.I was deeply touched by her knowledge and kindness! This was not my 1st positive experience at this Starbucks either. The manager has gone above and beyond helping me in the past with trying to find a particular cup I wanted to give as a gift and Christmas.Every time I have gone in this Starbucks is incredibly clean, tables are always clean. The trash is never overflowing. Napkins are full. Restrooms are clean with toilet paper, soap and well maintained. Every time I'm there the food selection is plentiful as well! They also have a large variety of cups, straws, lids and coffees to buy.I highly recommend this Starbucks!!!OUTSTANDING!Parking: The Starbucks shares a parking lot with AKA sushi and when they are open parking is at a minimum. Fortunately, there's a rapid turnover of people picking up orders at Starbucks. There tends to be a very long drive through line at peak times ... so it's easier to find a parking spot and go in to pick your order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot up to the door entrance to Starbucks. However, entering Starbucks you would have to make a tight right turn as you enter."

"I can honestly say that the only good customer service I 've ever recieved in ANY Starbucks has been from a new employee? The only reason I walk into a Starbucks at this point is because a friend of my daughter 's wants to get a drink. I 'm always disappointed in the beverage I choose, flavor profiles are washed away somehow, no matter how good they sound when I 'm ordering?‍????I really can 't afford these beverages, so they are a major treat for me and my daughter.Upsetting as it may be for the powers that be , I prefer Biggby for full, great flavor, amazing customer service regardless of the location I 'm currently in, and an affordable price?Sorry, not sorry?‍Bummer, for sure?Do NOT recommend...?"

"With three Starbucks literally ten minutes from my house I enjoy heading here. Michelle the manager and her team are always amazing. I drive into work and yes I prefer a drive through window. This location due to the awesome team makes me get out of my car every morning and get my coffee here instead. It is also a plus to have it on the beach too must I say."

"I tried to ask a question to an employee with short curly hair and glasses, but they completely ignored me. I stayed patient and polite, but next time I may need to be more assertive to receive help. On a positive note, the second employee with long hair was very helpful.
