When you screw up an order you should never make the customer wait on a whole other line of people to fix it. When you do it wrong again after making me wait, you get a bad review. Their coffee is super expensive! And when you pay as much as you do for a large latte, it is so weak and tastes like milk. I was so disappointed the last time I was in there. I order the same thing mostly every morning and sadly I noticed the quality going down. I always get an iced coffee and I been noticing when I take a drink it's always luke warm. I ask for caramel drizzle in the cup and they haven't been doing that lately and my coffee has been tasting watered down lately. I never get as much ice in my coffee as well. I'm sad to see the quality go down.
