"I order a coffee from here every single day and have been for the past year. WHY? I don 't know. Not only do they drastically raise prices, and make you wait 40 minutes for a terrible coffee (literally never consistent or at all what you ask for) but the morning crew shuts off Mobile ordering EVERY SINGLE MORNING and it never comes back on until the shifts change into afternoon. It is the only Starbucks on the APP that is constantly not available for order ahead. The first few times I thought maybe they have a lot to stock.. maybe they are just busy on the inside NOPE. 9/10 times I get there and there is nothing going on inside. I think this place has gone down hill traumatically. When people have work, or other things to do it is convenient to just order ahead and have it ready for when you get there. I completely understand if they are in over their head, but I think it 's pure laziness at this point. They should spend more time hiring proper people and training them. I had to stop buying a drink I get every morning, because I 'm paying extra to get stuff in my coffee THAT NEVER MAKES IT IN THE CUP! An extra $3 for my customization which I don 't mind paying for, but when I pay for it every day and they just completely forget to put everything in there? I should stop now before I get carried away. Just go somewhere else to get coffee, chances are this place won 't last much longer."

"This afternoon between 2 2:30, I visited with my husband and son for a rest stop and to get some refreshments at the Jessup, Maryland location. My husband pointed to what he wanted. As I was distracted, I didn 't hear the name, but I did see where hepointed. So when I was ordering, I told the young lady (I didn 't notice her name , I 'd like the item on the top shelf at thefar end . When I saw the words cranberry blitz come up, I realized that I had ordered the wrong item, but didn 't want toconfuse the young lady, so I just left it that way. (I knew my husband wouldn 't mind. After paying I went to the end of thecounter to wait for my order. While waiting, I noticed that my server and another server bumped into each other and my serverdropped the bag containing the pastry. When I noticed her putting it into the trash, I commented, Are you throwing that away? She nodded yes and then I asked, Could you then give me the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish instead? She threw her arms up into theair and said, I can 't do that for you. She seemed very indignant and almost annoyed and put out. She didn 't even give me theopportunity to explain why I wanted a different item and that I would pay the difference, if any, between the cost of the newitem. My response to the situation was Do you want to replay that? We are the customers and you should be giving us what weare asking for. You have been very rude to us. The other young lady came over and said sorry and then listened to what I waswanting and proceeded to help me with my order. (Since the first young lady was walking over to exchange the item, I took it asmy chance to get the correct item that I should have ordered to begin with. It made sense to me to ask her since she was goingin that direction anyway. But as I previously mentioned, she didn 't even give me a chance to explain myself. The young lady whohelped us with getting the new item was very nice and made sure that we were happy with the"
